2. The Promotion will operate from 12:00am AEST Monday 3th November 2014 and finishes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 30th November 2014 (Promotion Period).
3. You agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion by submitting your entry for the Promotion. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. Information on how to enter the promotion form part of these conditions of entry.
4. Entry is open to residents of VIC, NSW, ACT, SA, WA and QLD, Australians aged 18 years or older who fulfil entry requirements, including being an existing customer of Aussie Farmers Direct. Employees of the Promoter or its agencies associated with this competition and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion. 5. To submit a complete and valid entry, entrants will be required to have received an order/s valued at $200 or more during the promotional period in order to go into the draw to win a brand new Fisher & Paykel fridge and a years’ worth of groceries in the form of weekly Aussie Farmers Direct Credit.
6. There is 1 Grand Prize to be won:
a. The selected winner of the competition will receive one Fisher & Paykel Refrigerator of their choice, selected from Fisher & Paykel’s current range at
www.fisherpaykel.com.au, maximum RRP $3,599. For Fisher & Paykel general enquiries please call 1300 650 590. The prize does not include the installation of the appliance
b. The years’ worth of groceries is calculated as $50 a week for 52 weeks, totalling $2600. A credit of $2600 will be directly applied to the winning customer’s account, to be used as they please.
c. Total value of prize pool is $6199.
7. The prize is non- transferable or redeemable for cash. The ‘1 years’ worth of groceries’ prize will be in the form of Aussie Farmers Direct credit to the winners account. The ‘Fisher & Paykel fridge’ prize requires the winner to advise the make and model number to Aussie Farmers Direct in order to purchase the prize and arrange delivery. Fisher & Paykel will contact winner to discuss options or advise delivery date; Fisher & Paykel will also contact winner on
delivery date to confirm arrival.
8. Spend $200 or more in the allocated promotional period to be registered as one (1) entry into the prize draw. Only one entry per entrant will be accepted and considered when selecting the Grand Prize.
9. One electronic draw will take place on Wednesday 3rd December 2014 at 3:00pm at 50-54 Clayton Road, Clayton 3168 using the online service Draw My Comp who are at 103/56 Bowman St Pyrmont NSW 2009 who are approved for use in Australia (NSW approval Number 525 and SA Approval Number 959).
10. The prize winner will be notified by one of the following methods:
a. Via telephone on 3rd December 201by an Aussie Farmers Direct representative
b. Via Facebook and newsletter announcement
c. If unable to contact throughout the day via email, using the email address on your existing account at

11. In the event the Promoter is unable to contact the winners of the prize 3 months from the date of the draw, the
Promoter will conduct a further electronic re-draw at 50-54 Clayton Road, Clayton 3168 using the only service Draw My Comp – Randem Media who are at 103/56 Bowman St Pyrmont NSW 2009 who are approved for use in Australia (NSW approval Number 525 and SA Approval Number 959) at 9:00am Wednesday 4th March 2015. The winner will be notified in writing.
12. On the draw date, the Promoter will publish the names of the winners on the Promoters website AussieFarmers.com.au and social media page

13. In the event that any portion of the Grand Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter,
whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost, incorrectly submitted, delayed, ineligible, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entry whether due to error, transmission interruption or otherwise.
