Entry

Entry into this competition (the “Competition”) is open to all permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Competition is run by Menulog Pty Ltd ABN 76 120 943 615 located in Suite 1, Level 9, 447 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
4. Menulog employees (or immediate family) are not eligible to enter.
5. Competition commences at 15:00hrs on Thursday 18th September 2014
and closes at 23:59hrs on Sunday 30th November 2014 (the “Competition Period”).6. The Competition is a game of skill and will be judged on creativity and ingenuity.
7. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants must like Menulog on Facebook and complete the entry form.
8. All entries must include email address to be eligible for entry. Mandatory details will be indicated on the entry form. It is the entrants’ responsibility to inform Menulog if their email address changes during the Competition Period.

10. There will be six winners of this competition.
11. The six winners will each be awarded 1x iPhone 6 smartphone. Only one prize will be awarded to each winner.

Colours will vary depending on stock availability12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. If a prize is unavailable, Menulog may substitute that prize with a prize that is equal in value or type.
13. Prizes will be awarded as available within a period of 6 months after competition announcement date.
14. Menulog Pty Ltd are neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the Prizes occurring between publishing date and date the Prizes are claimed.
15. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter Menulog Pty Ltd for any changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent the Prize winners from winning the Prize.
Winners
16. The prize winners will be selected on Wednesday 3rd December 2014 at Suite 1, Level 9, 447 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and officially announced on Friday 5th December 2014 at 15:30.
17. Winners will be announced on Facebook and notified by e-mail on Friday 5th December 2014.
18. Winners will be given 3 months to claim their prizes; if unclaimed entries will be re-chosen on Thursday 5th March 2015 at Suite 1, Level 9, 447 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
19. The re-chosen entries will be notified by e-mail on Thursday 5th March 2015.
20. Winners will be asked to confirm their postal address and may be asked to provide verification of their identification before prizes can be dispatched.
21. Unless otherwise stated, all timing references are based on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
General
22. Subject to relevant state authority approval, Menulog reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, at any time before the awarding of the Prizes to cancel the competition or to vary or cancel the award of the Prizes including, without limitation, circumstances where in the Promoter’s opinion (which it shall form in its absolute discretion):
a. Prize winners does not satisfy the Competition entry requirements; or
b. Menulog cannot conduct the Competition or award the Prizes for any reason beyond its control.
23. Subject to relevant state authority approval, in the event that Menulog cancels the Competition or varies or withdraws the Prizes it shall not:
a. Be liable to any person for any loss or damage (including loss or damage caused by any negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, such cancellation, variation or withdrawal;
b. Be required to conduct the Competition at any other time.
24. No responsibility will be accepted by Menulog for late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Menulog’s database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant. Menulog accepts no responsibility for out-dated or incorrect contact details or contact details by which the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on the relevant dates.
