1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The competition commences on Saturday, 2 August 2014 at 12:00am (EDST) and closes Sunday, 30 November 2014 at 11:59pm (EDST).
3. Entry is open to those who purchase $80 in a single transaction or more worth of Elderton Wines during the competition duration. To enter, you must visit the competition website and complete the form, including provision of your proof of purchase, unless the purchase is made as an Elderton Mail Order when it will be done automatically on the entrant’s behalf. One entry per proof of purchase is allowed, when purchases are made at a participating retailer. When purchases are made at Elderton Wines Cellar Door or through Elderton’s Mail Order site, you will receive an additional entry. A purchase above $80 will still only allow one entry into the competition. All employees of the company and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the competition.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. You must be an Australian Resident over the age of 18 to enter. The winner may be asked to provide proof of age.

7. The prize will be drawn by a nominated representative of Elderton Wines on Friday, 19 December 2014. The draw will take place at 11am at 3-5 Tanunda Rd, NURIOOTPA SA 5355.
8. The first valid entry drawn will win 60 bottles of wine valued at $4,620, with the exception of the valid entry being drawn from NSW where the prize under law must be awarded as the cash equivalent. With the exception of NSW, the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Total prize value is $4,620. The winner is drawn at random from all entries. If the winner drawn is ineligible to enter, the prize will be redrawn.
9. Elderton Wines will bear the reasonable cost of freight to the winner’s nominated delivery address within Australia. All other costs and expenses associated with the prize beyond the specified prize components will be the responsibility of the competition winner.
10. The winner will be notified by telephone and email and their name will be published on the website
www.eldertonwines.com.au from 19 December 2014.
11. If the prize remains unclaimed three months after the draw, the Promoter will hold a re-draw to award the prize. If necessary, this draw will occur on Friday, 20 March 2015 at 3pm at 3-5 Tanunda Rd, NURIOOTPA SA 5355. A redraw winner will be notified by telephone and email.
12. 13. Neither Elderton Wines nor any of its associated companies or personnel will be responsible or liable if for any reason beyond their reasonable control any element of any prize is not provided.
14. Neither Elderton Wines nor any of its associated companies or personnel are liable or responsible for late, lost or misdirected entries.
15. Elderton Wines reserves the right to exclude any person from this competition for any reason whatsoever.
16. In all matters, all decisions of Elderton Wines will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
