Entry Restrictions
Entrants and their companions must be at least 18 years of age, or older. Entrants must be able to take the Major Prize before Friday 30 October, 2015. Entrants who are unable to take the Major Prize before Friday 30 October 2015 may forfeit the Major Prize.
Competition Period One entrants must be able to receive a call from the representatives of the Promoter (via telephone) between 3.00pm and 5.00pm (ADST) on Friday 21 November, 2014.
Competition Period Two entrants must be able to receive a call from the representatives of the Promoter (via telephone) between 3.00pm and 5.00pm (ADST) on Friday 28 November, 2014.
Entrants and their companion must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate an entrant’s entry and select another entrant to be deemed the winner in the event that the Entrant or their nominated companion is not a holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date.
Major Prize winners are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the Major Prize. In the event that the winner or their nominated companion is unable to obtain appropriate visas, then the Promoter takes no responsibility for the winner’s inability to take the Major Prize.
The Promoter may require entrant/s and their nominated companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their nominated companion be are unable to satisfy this requirement the entrant may forfeit the Major Prize (if applicable).
If requested by the Promoter, entrants and their proposed companion must sign an indemnity in order to be eligible to win/or participate in the Major Prize.
Promotion Period
This competition will include two separate competition periods as follows:

1) The first competition period which begins at 6.00am (AEDT), on Monday 17 November, 2014 and closes at 3.00pm (AEDT) on Friday 21 November, 2014 (Competition Period One); and
2) The second competition period which begins at 6.00am (AEDT) on Monday 24 November, 2014, and closes at 3.00pm (AEDT), on Friday 28 November, 2014 (Competition Period Two).

Entry Method
Phone Entry
At various times during the relevant Competition Period:
(a) entrants will be invited to call 13 59 50, when they hear the nominated song as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 59 50, one entrant will be randomly selected by the Promoter will be invited to talk on-air;
(c) if the selected entrant participates in an on-air segment for the purpose of this competition (in the absolute & sole discretion of the Promoter), they will be deemed a finalist (Finalist), will be awarded a Minor Prize (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion), and will be placed in the applicable Major Prize draw.
(d) All Finalists will be placed in the Major Prize draw corresponding to the Competition Period when they entered. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants who enter and are deemed Finalists in Competition period One will be entered into the Competition Period One Prize Draw. Entrants who enter and are deemed Finalists in Competition Period Two will be entered into the Competition Period Two Prize Draw.
(e) At the end of each Competition Period, a Major Prize winner will be selected in accordance with the Draw Details below. The first valid entry drawn in each of the Competition Period One Draw and Competition Period Two Draw will be awarded a Major Prize.

Terms & Condition of Travel:
Travel must be completed in full before Friday 30 October, 2015. Date of travel are subject to availability, not over public holidays or national holidays. Travel is not valid during July, or August, 2015.
All components of the prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promote in its sole discretion.
All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on blackout periods, select seat class with airlines and/or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.
Major Prize is subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines and Major Prize providers.
No portion of the Major Prize is redeemable for cash, or to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Major Prize is not refundable or transferable.
It is the Major Prize winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any changes to the events and/or event cancellations. In the event that one or more event is no longer available, the remainder of the Major Prize shall constitute the complete and total prize. The Promoter will not enter into any further correspondence with the winner and his/her nominated companion.
Visas, valid passports, spending money, meals, additional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the Prize Details above or as advised by the Promoter at the time of winning are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companion as incurred.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a winner as a result of taking the Major Prize. The Promoter recommends winners have valid travel insurance for their period of travel and adequate for the countries of travel.

Each Major Prize winner and their companion must hold a current and valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date of the Major Prize.
The winner and their companion (if any) must prepare all necessary paperwork and apply for any relevant visas to enable them to travel to, and remain in the United Kingdom and participate in the prize (at their own cost). The winner should consult the British Embassy or Consulate for up-to-date information to ensure they can obtain the required visa prior to travel, in order to accept the prize.
The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
The Major Prize winner and their companion must be in good health and must not have any pre-existing medical conditions that would prohibit them from entering this promotion or participating in any way in the prize.
The prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in the Major Prize. The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the prize winner and/or their companion’s participation in the prize, if the prize winner and/or their companion have a criminal record or any criminal charges pending. In these circumstances, the prize winner and/or their companion will forfeit all claims in relation to the prize.
The Major Prize winner and/or their companion must have a valid credit card. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover incidentals.
Tickets are non-transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed). Once tickets are issued, they are non-endorsable and non-transferable. Any alterations to confirmed flights and/or accommodation details will be at the expense of the winner. All components of the Major Prize must be fulfilled at the same time and they cannot be split across different time periods. Any element of the prize not taken will be deemed forfeited.
Once the Prize has been arranged, any changes to the travel, flights, accommodation or scheduling arrangements are at the expense of the Winner and their travelling companions.

Flights are economy class and may be indirect. The airline’s Conditions of Carriage apply to all flights The Winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest Capital City Airport in Australia.
Airline, flight route and dates of travel are subject to the promoter’s absolute and final decision. Dates, venues and schedules are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any date, venue or schedule changes.

Prize Claim Date and Time

Unclaimed Prize Draw Date and Publication Date
The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted between 10.00am – 11.00am on Monday 9 March, 2015.
Any winners of prizes valued at over $500 (inc GST) in the unclaimed prize draw will be published on the Station Website (
http://www.smoothfm.com.au) for a minimum of 28 days on Monday 9 March, 2015.
Prize Delivery
The Minor Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail.
The Major Prize will be provided to the Major Prize winners by the prize provider, Performance Entertainment, 6/Level 1, 21-25 Knox Street, Double Bay, NSW 2028, Australia. The Promoter will contact the Major Prize winner to arrange prize fulfilment with Performance Entertainment.
