All you need to do to enter the draw is take us up on our offer of a free no obligation design appraisal and quote with a Spanline Design Advisor during the promotional period. The Design Advisor will meet you in your homeat a time convenient to you and create a design specific to your home and your unique requirements while helping you fill out the entry form. The Design Advisor will then provide you with a quote and arrange submission of the entry form on your behalf.

Spanline Terms & Conditions
Weber® Family Q™ BBQ Promotion 27th Dec 2014 to 11th May 2015.
1. The promotional period will commence 9am AEST on the 27th December 2014 and will end on the 15th April 2015 5pm AEST. The promoter, Spanline Weatherstrong Building Systems Pty Ltd t/as Spanline Australia (ABN 99 002 968 087), reserves the right to withdraw OR extend the promotion at any time during the promotional period after consultation with the relevant legislative authorities.
2. The promotion is the opportunity to enter a draw to win one (1) of ten (10) Weber® Family Q™ BBQ’s, each to the value of four hundred and ninety eight dollars and twenty-seven cents (AU$498.27). The following states are each allocated three (3) Weber® Family Q™(s): QLD and VIC. The following combined states are allocated four (4) Weber® Family Q™(s) in total: NSW & ACT. The Weber® Family Q™(s) are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
3. The winners will be drawn at the premises of Spanline Australia, Corner Banksia Drive & Boronia Place, Byron Bay NSW 2481 on the 11th of May 2015.
4. The promotion is available for entry by clients who received a design consultation from an accredited Spanline Design Advisor and received a quote with an official lead number during the promotional period. The franchise that issues the quote will be responsible for completing and submitting the official entry form to Spanline Australia on behalf of the client.
5. To be considered valid, all entries must be completed correctly and accurately and include client details and an official Spanline lead number that correlates to the lead as entered in the Spanline Smarts V3 database. Lead numbers and entry forms are only available from the Spanline franchise allocated to the lead.
6. Clients who may have executed quotes and/or design consultations prior to the commencement date of the promotion, or who execute quotes and/or design consultations after the end date of the promotion, are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
7. This promotion is not available to Spanline Franchise or Franchisor employees, sub-contractors or suppliers and their immediate family and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Spanline Franchise or Franchisor promotion.
8. Spanline Franchise or Franchisor gives no warranties other than those provided for in the
Spanline warranty terms and conditions.
9. Photographs and illustrations used in the promotional material are indicative only and may show items which are not included in this promotion.
10. Entries will only be included on correctly completed, valid entry forms and only one entry is allowed per household.
11. Completed entry forms must be received by Spanline Australia, PO Box 1006, Byron Bay, NSW 2481, from the franchisee by COB 6th May 2015.
12. Draws will take place at 10am AEST on Monday 11th MAY 2015 on the premises of Spanline Australia, Corner Banksia Drive & Boronia Place, Byron Bay NSW 2481. Entries will be drawn by state/combined states. In each case of multiple prizes for a state/combined states a number of entries will be drawn that matches the number of prizes available for that state/combined states. These entries will be declared the winners of a prize per entry drawn and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Winner(s) will be notified via a phone call and/or email on draw date. Winner(s) will also be published on the Spanline Australia public website on 11th MAY 2015.
14. In the event of a re-draw, the draw will take place on 11th August 2015 at 10:00am (AEST) on the premises of Spanline Australia, Corner Banksia Drive & Boronia Place, Byron Bay NSW, 2481.
15. All entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
16. Notwithstanding any rights that may be inferred by statute, any decision by Spanline Australia in relation to any disputed aspect of this promotion will be final and binding on the cli
