WIN an OiOi Baby Bag
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the WIN an OiOi Baby Bag Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Promotion commences on 1 December 2014 at 10:01 am AEDT and closes on 31 May 2015 at 11.59 pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are valid members of the Huggies Baby Club or Huggies Mum to Be Club. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies, suppliers or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.
4. For a chance to win, eligible entrants must:
A. Visit

C. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join online by following the prompts;
D. Complete the online entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
E. Consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with paragraph 20 of these Conditions of Entry (Entry)
F. Simply fill in the entry form and share in 25 words or less: What is the one item you could not live without in your new OiOi baby bag?; and
G. Submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button.
5. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. Only one entry per person per week will be accepted. All entries must be the sole work of the entrant.
7. There are six (6) draw periods during the Promotion Period. The first draw period commences on 1 December 2014 at 10:01am AEDT and ends on 31 December 2014 at 11:59pm AEDT (Draw Period 1). The second draw period commences on 1 January 2015 at 12:00am AEDT and ends on 31 January 2015 at 11:59pm AEDT (Draw Period 2). The third draw period commences on 1 February 2015 at 12:00am AEDT and ends on 28 February 2015 at 11:59pm AEDT (Draw Period 3). The fourth draw period commences on 1 March 2015 at 12:00am AEDT and ends on 31 March 2015 at 11:59pm AEDT (Draw Period 4). The fifth draw period commences on 1 April 2015 at 12:00am AEDT and ends on 30 April 2015 at 11:59pm AEST (Draw Period 5). The sixth draw period commences on 1 May 2015 at 12:00am AEST and ends on 31 May 2015 at 11:59pm AEST (Draw Period 6).
8. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by a panel appointed by the Promoter. All valid entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the Promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your response to the Promotion Question (without attribution) on any publications and products the Promoter may choose and the editing of the response to the Promotion Question prior to publication without consultation.
9. A panel of judges will choose the two (2) best valid entries from all valid entries received during the Draw Periods of the Promotion Period:
• Draw Period 1: Entries received from 1st December 2014 to 31st December 2014 will be judged on 12th January 2015.
• Draw Period 2: Entries received from 1st January 2015 to 31st January 2015 will be judged on 13th February 2015.
• Draw Period 3: Entries received from 1st February 2015 to 28th February 2015 will be judged on 13th March 2015.
• Draw Period 4: Entries received from 1st March 2015 to 31st March 2015 will be judged on 10th April 2015.
• Draw Period 5: Entries received from 1st April 2015 to 30th April 2015 will be judged on 8th May 2015.
• Draw Period 6: Entries received from 1st May 2015 to 31st May 2015 will be judged on 12th June 2015.
10. The two (2) best valid entries in each Draw Period will each receive an OiOi Turquoise Faux Buffalo Carry All Diaper Bag (Model# 6556), valued at $179.00. There are twelve (12) winners in the promotion period. The total prize pool is valued up to a maximum of $2,148.00.
11. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable). The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
12. The winners will be notified in writing by email, and the winners’ names will be published on the Huggies Website.
13. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, or who submit an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Conditions of Entry.
17. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Kimberly-Clark Australia, 52 Alfred St Milsons Point 2061 as are necessary on 12 September 2015 for any unclaimed prize, subject however to any directions given under Reg37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). Details of the winner of any unclaimed prize draw will be published on
www.huggies.com.au.
20. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory personal information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announces the winners and disclosing the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). By entering the Promotion, the entrant consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email including newsletters, special offers and promotions from Huggies® unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
