“WIN A HOLIDAY TO VANUATU” PROMOTION
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Marque of Brands Pty Ltd, ABN 65 147 537 513, 158 Christmas Street, Fairfield VIC 3078, ph: 1300 819 331.
The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEDT on 1 November 2014
and closes at 17.00pm AEDT on 30 January 2015 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
To enter the Promotion, Entrants must accurately complete an online entry form at
www.winwithminetan.com.au/holiday, sign up to receive the Marque of Brands, Mine Tan, Air Vanuatu and Vanuatu Tourism email newsletters and submit it so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
By accepting the terms and conditions upon entering the promotion you are automatically entered into the Marque of Brands, Mine Tan, Air Vanuatu and Vanuatu Tourism email database.
The total Prize Pool is valued at up to $4965.10. There are six (6) Prizes in total – one (1) Major Prize and five (5) Runners Up Prizes. The Major Prize is valued at up to $4630.85 includes a holiday for two to Vanuatu which includes return economy flights to Port Vila ex Sydney or Brisbane with Air Vanuatu for two people (RRP $2464.00) and four nights at Villa 25 in Port Vila, Vanuatu for two people (RRP $1600.00), and a Mine Tan Pack including 1 x Express Tan Foam (RRP$29.95), 1 x Gradual Tan (RRP $24.95), 1 x Tan Mitts 2 Pack (RRP $11.95). In the event the Major Prize Winner does not reside in Sydney or Brisbane, the Promoter will cover the cost of additional return flights within Australia for two up to the value of $500. The Runners Up Prizes are valued at $66.85 each and include a and a Mine Tan Pack including 1 x Express Tan Foam (RRP$29.95), 1 x Gradual Tan (RRP $24.95), 1 x Tan Mitts 2 Pack (RRP $11.95). Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. The Winner will need to take their holiday within 12 months of being contacted as a Winner.
Major Prize Conditions :i. The prize must be taken prior to 1 June 2015; ii. Prize includes travel for 2 persons from Sydney or Brisbane to Port Vila and return, using Air Vanuatu direct services only (no travel on other airlines or for other routings is included). Note that Melbourne services are seasonal and operate on certain peak dates only; iii. Travel by both parties must be undertaken on the same flights and dates; Prize is for two people for four nights at Villa 25, Port Vila, Vanuatu; v. Air Vanuatu may embargo travel during peak periods as decided by the Airline. As a guide, peak periods generally coincide with Australian school holiday periods; vi. Travel dates are based on availability on the day of booking; vii. Taxes and charges levied by 3rd parties and collected by Air Vanuatu are the responsibility of the prize winner; viii. Additional expenses are at prize winners’ expense; ix. Travel Insurance: It is strongly recommended that travellers hold current and valid travel insurance; x. The prize is non‐transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer; xi. An unused prize cannot be assigned to another party, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash; xii. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the operators; xiii. Entry is to be completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the competition and these terms and conditions to be eligible; xiv. The promoter’s decision on entries and winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into; xv. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the promoters using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes; xvi. The prize is as stated in the promotion copy. Bookings are subject to availability; xvii. In the event of the auction winner wanting a stay of greater value than specified above (for example, requesting an extended length of stay, the difference shall be met by the prize winner and no claims for excess shall be made to Villa 25 or any of its affiliated or associated agencies; xviii. The winner takes the prize entirely at his/her own risk and indemnifies the promoter or any of its affiliated or associated agencies in respect of any claim for any accident injury, property damage or loss of life that may occur in connection with the prize. The Prize Draw will be conducted at 11.00am AEDT 3 February 2015 at 158 Christmas Street, Fairfield VIC 3078. The Major Prize Winner will be the first valid Entry drawn. The Runners Up Prize Winners will be the subsequent five (5) valid entries drawn.
The Winners will be notified by telephone within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 24 February 2015. In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 26 May 2015 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 9 June 2015.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Marque of Brands Pty Ltd database. The Promoter and Marque of Brands Pty Ltd may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Marque of Brands Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. Upon the entrant’s request; all information provided will be removed from our active database. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter:
i. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
