Entry is open to residents of Australia who have a valid email address (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this competition (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences at 12.01 am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“AEDST”) on Monday 1 December 2014 & closes at 11.59 pm AEDST on Saturday 31 January 2015 (“Promotion Period”).
To be eligible to enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Purchase Period,
purchase from a participating store or online at getdragon.com.au or at Australia.nuance.com ;
purchase any of the following Dragon branded products (“Eligible Product”):
Dragon Dictate MAC;
Dragon Home PC
Dragon Premium PC.
Upon completion of the above, Eligible Entrant must then, during the Promotional Period, complete their entry via:
Online: visit getdragon.com.au follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details in order to set up an account (“Account”), input the Eligible Product(s) purchased and submit the fully completed online entry form.
Once an Eligible Entrant has validly recorded an Eligible Product onto their Account during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Entrant will receive one (1) entry per purchase into the prize draw. Multiple entries permitted.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to making multiple entries that are not associated with a separate Eligible Purchase or for otherwise submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. In the event that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by an entrant in the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made the entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that entrant from participation in any or all future promotions of the Promoter.
Eligible Entrants must retain their original Eligible Product invoice(s) and/or a photocopy of their Eligible Product receipt(s) (if applicable) for all entries as proof of purchase. Further, the Promoter may require Eligible Entrants to provide ALL original Eligible Product invoice(s) and/or a photocopy of ALL Eligible Product receipt(s) (if applicable) for ALL entries, for verification purposes in order to claim a prize. Eligible Product invoice(s)/Eligible Product receipt(s) must clearly specify that the Eligible Product(s) were purchased during the Purchase Period but prior to entry. The Promoter recommends proof of purchase be uploaded (clear image) with registration details to your Account or sent via email or by registered post. The costs associated with sending proof of purchase via registered post will be the responsibility of the Eligible Entrant. Failure to provide the proof of purchase as set out for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of that Eligible Entrant’s entries.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into the prize draws and will also be entered in any unclaimed prize draw (if unclaimed prize draw is required).
All winners will be notified in writing within 48 hours of winning a prize. The names and postcodes of the (6) winners will appear at getdragon.com.au by 5.00pm AEDST on Thursdays after the prize draws. All draws will be concluded by close of business on Tuesdays (as applicable) on the dates specified in the list below. The prize draws will take place at 3.00pm AEDST (as applicable) on the dates specified in the list below. All prize draws will be conducted at Integraphics, Suite 2, 2 Northcote Street, St Leonards NSW 2065. All entries prior to a draw close date will be entered into the following prize draws listed. Winning entries in each draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent prize draws. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PRIZES
Prizes: There are 6 prizes to be awarded in the Promotion period. Each iPhone 6 (4.7-inch 64GB – Unlocked Space Grey) prize is valued at $999.00 RRP. Apple is not a participating in or sponsor of this promotion. Prizes are not transferable & cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise stipulated.
Total prize pool is valued at $5994.00 RRP.
Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of prizes.
GENERAL
The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Each entry becomes the property of the Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nuance Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting

Each winner should look to the manufacturer of products and provider of services awarded as prizes for all warranties. However, these terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw at the same time and place as the original draw on Wednesday 8 April 2015 at 3.00pm to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject to any written directions given by a relevant lotteries or gaming authority. If there are any unclaimed prizes redrawn on this date, the winner’s name and postcode will be published on getdragon.com.au on Thursday 9 April 2015.
Subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavors to procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
By entering the competition, the prize winners agree that the Promoter may use their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.
Prizes will only be delivered in Australia and each winner should allow 28 days from the end of the Promotion for delivery of their prize. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
