Terms and conditions
1. The promoter of this competition is Bell City (“the Promoter”) (ABN 4815 6078 924) of 215 Bell Street, Preston VIC 3072
2. Entry is free and open to all qualifying persons. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. This competition commences at 5pm AEST on 12 December 2014 and ends at 5pm AEST on 31 March 2015 (“Competition Period”). Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid.
4. To enter this competition contestants must:
Book and confirm before the 31 March 2015 a wedding reception at Bell City in 2015 or 2016
Using the supplied link in 25 words or less tell us why you should win your dream wedding
5. Each Submission will be reviewed and the winner will be selected by a Panel of nominated judges on the basis of creativity. All decisions of the Panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.
6. There will only be one (1) winner, each confirmed wedding may only have one entry per couple. New weddings only booked between the 12 December 2014 and the 31 March 2015 will quality for entry.
7. The prize winners will be contacted via the phone number or email address they have submitted by midday 2 April 2015.
8. The prize winner will receive:

The Bell City superior wedding reception package includes:
Menu tasting for two people
Chef’s selection of canapés on arrival
Three course dinner with alternate courses with chocolates, tea and coffee
Wedding cake cutting and service
4.5 hour standard beverage package
Standard centrepieces, tea lights, white tablecloths and napkins, white or black chair covers with coloured sashes
Head table, cake and gift tables covered and skirted, set of place cards and bonbonniere, skirted stage for bridal table
Lectern and microphone
Parquetry dance floor
Wedding night accommodation for the bride and groom including chocolate dipped strawberries and a late check out
9. By entering this competition, entrants agree to allow the Promoter to repost their Submission and wedding on the Promoter’s website and social media accounts, including but not limited to: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, blog and Instagram accounts any additional channels the Promoter sees fit. Entrants agree to participate in a Bell City Real Weddings feature hosted at
www.bellcity.com.au and any subsequent promotion of this feature as the Promoter sees fit. The entrant and winner will allow wedding photography access to the Promoter for their marketing and promotional purposes in a timely manner and will make themselves available for interview and promotion of the competition.
10. The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning this competition or the prizes that comprise this competition. Should the winning wedding have more than 250 attendees the cost of additional guests are at the expense of the winner and will be charged at the nominated amount and subject to normal contracting conditions.
11. No changes to the date of the wedding or the number of guests attending once the prize has been won will be allowed.
12. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute another item of equal or lesser value for that prize, as determined by the Promoter. Usual weddings terms and conditions apply for weddings booked during this promotional period. Should the winner or any entrants decide to cancel their wedding reception the usual cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
13. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
