BREAKERS CAR GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS The promotion name is Breakers Car Giveaway. The promotion is authorised under NSW Permit No. LTPS/14/07604 1. The promoter is Terrigal Memorial Country Club ABN:33 000 826 086 2. The promotion is only open to current financial members of Breakers Country Club Wamberal Promotion Period 3. The promotion period commences from 9.30am Monday 1st December 2014 and concludes with the Major Draw at 2.00pm on Monday 26th January 2015 (Australia Day) Promotion Entry Entitlements 4. A member will receive one ticket for every purchase of a Lion Nathan (Tooheys) or a Coca Cola Amatil Soft Drink, an automatic ticket will generate into the Draw. Limit of one ticket per day per member. Limit of one ticket per day. 5. A member can receive an additional Car ticket by swiping your membership card at the Entrance Terminal each time you visit Breakers Country Club. One ticket per day.

Minor Draw Entry and Procedures 7. There will be 15 Weekly minor draws, commencing on Thursday 4th December 2014 and continuing every Thursday and Sunday until the last minor draw on Sunday 25th January 2015. No Draw will be conducted on the 25th December 2014 (Christmas Day). Entry to the Minor Draws is in accordance with these conditions. 8. For each Thursday & Sunday minor draw, on the day of the Draw commencing at approximately 5.00pm, 20 tickets will be drawn one by one from the Barrel. As each ticket is drawn, it will be announced via the club’s PA system. The announced member presents themselves at the designated promotions area within the clubs premises within 4 minutes of their name being called, to claim a Bonus of $50.00 Cash on Membership Card. There is a limit of one per member per day of the minor draw, for the cash to card. Multiple entries into the Major Draw will be permissible. Member must be on club premises at the time of the Draw.
9. The Breakers Car Giveaway barrel will be emptied after each minor draw.
10. Each minor draw winner will receive notification via mail or email of their entry into the Major Draw.
Major Draws 11. The Major Draw will take place on Monday 26th January 2015 (Australia Day) at Approx. 2.00pm 12. The only entrants in the major Draw are the minor draw winners from each of the Weekly minor draws held on Thursday’s & Sunday’s. A single member may be the holder of multiple drawn tickets.

13. The Major Draw will be conducted on the 26th January 2015 at 2.00pm. The Weekly winners will register from 1.00pm to participate in a draw to be conducted at 2.00pm for a chance to receive a lucky number that may win the car. All Weekly winners who register on the 26th January 2015 will have their name placed in a barrel and at 2.00pm, 20 names will be drawn & the Member will then select a numbered golf ball that will have a corresponding number on a box. Inside the boxes will be either of the following prizes:- a) $10.00 Membership Cash to Card x 10 b) $20.00 Membership Cash to Card x 5 c) $50.00 Membership Cash to Card x 4 d) Major Prize – Car Once all 20 Members have selected their number, they will then select their corresponding box in the order they were drawn from the barrel. 14. The displayed vehicle is a White Manual, 2014 MY15ES Mitsubishi Mirage Sedan and includes on road costs (CTP insurance, private registration, stamp duty and GST), the owner is responsible for arranging their own comprehensive insurance. Driveway valued at $15,490 15. The final prize winner can only win the car on display.
Proof of qualification and payment of Prizes
16. A member claiming a prize must identify themselves and prove their identity and eligibility to the reasonable satisfaction of the club, in order to participate or for a prize to be awarded to them.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL CLUB PROMOTIONS
17. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the promotion or win: a) Employees / Directors and family members of Breakers Country Club Wamberal, b) Employees and family members of Lion Nathan c) Employees and family members of Coca Cola Amatil d) Employees and family members of Booths Motor Group
e) Officers and employees of suppliers or contractors of the Club
18. The club is not responsible for members being located in areas within the Club’s premises in which PA announcements are not able to be heard, nor the audible integrity of those announcements.
19. Prizes are strictly not transferable or negotiable
20. Members will be notified of this promotion through advertising on the Clubs Website and Social Media, and/or posters and flyers distributed within the Club’s premises, PA announcements or by other means at the club’s discretion. All advertising material will contain the approved Permit Number.
21. The Club’s decision in relation to the promotion may be made by Breakers Country Club Wamberal CEO or his delegate or delegates from time to time. The CEO’s decision is final
