Information on how to enter and prize details are stated in these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants are taken to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
Period of lottery – 20/01/2015 - 1/03/2015.
Entry is open to QLD residents over the age of 18 only. Employees and their immediate families of the named companies contributing to the prize, the promoter (The Courier-Mail Home Show) and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
To enter, you must register your details on the competition iPads and scan your unique entry coupon at the Narellan Pools Stand (J28) at The Courier-Mail Home Show (26/02/15 – 01/03/15) by 5pm, 01/03/2015 or by downloading the Official Home Show APP and registering your details by 11:59pm 01/03/2015.
Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be made void.
The winner will be determined by a single draw for one prize at 2pm 11/03/2015.
The winner will be notified by phone/email by 18/03/2015.
Prize is not transferrable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other Narellan Pools products.

Prize consists of a Symphony 7 pool model from the Narellan Pools range inclusive of; Marble Glass Finish, 2 x Spa Electric EMF Series Pool Lights, Maytronics M3 Dolphin Robotic Pool Cleaner, 20sq/m of Himalayan Quartzite Paving (400x400x30), 25l/m of Black Flat Top Aluminium Pool Fencing with 1 x Aluminium Gate, installation & standard building approvals.
Total prize value = $35,000 inc. GST.
Installation of prize is subject to site inspection and requires a 3m clear access to the pool building site.
Costs associated with boundary/sewer relaxations and engineering, if required by site conditions, are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
Build and installation of prize will be undertaken using the provisions of a standard Queensland Master Builders pool building contract.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
