The Shed Online 2015 Member Drive Competition - Terms and Conditions

The Shed Online Member Drive Competition (Competition) is being held and promoted by Beyond Blue Ltd ABN 87 093 865 840 of 40 Burwood Road, Hawthorn, Victoria, 3122 (beyondblue).
Opening and closing dates The Competition opens on Monday 2 February 2015 at 12:30pm (AEST) and concludes on Tuesday 3 March 2015 at 5:00pm (AEST) (Competition Period).
Who may enter The only people who many enter the Competition are:
• Australian residents;
• over 16 years of age;
• are not beyondblue employees or immediate family of beyondblue employees.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, ‘immediate family’ means a spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as a relevant beyondblue employee.
How to enter Members of The Shed Online
Members are asked to refer a mate to join The Shed Online by either sending an email, Facebook or twitter notification via the 2015 BYOM Competition page. If the referred mate subsequently becomes a member of The Shed Online and provides the referring member’s first name and surname via the Invitation to join the Shed Online page, the referring member will gain one entry into the Competition for each referred mate who subsequently becomes a member of the Shed Online.
New members of The Shed Online
When a new member registers with The Shed Online via the Invitation to join the Shed Online page or the registration page, they will have the opportunity to enter into the Competition by filling out the relevant fields in either form and completing the full registration process that includes a 2 step email verification.
Any new member who completes either registration process will gain one entry into the Competition.
Conditions of entry By entering this Competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. beyondblue reserves the right to verify the validity of entries received, and to disqualify any participant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any entry that is entered outside of the Competition Period will be invalid.
Selection of the winner and prize details All of names and email addresses will be entered into the Competition and will be collated into two categories: new members of The Shed Online; and existing members of The Shed Online.
On Wednesday 4 March 2015, the details of one new member of The Shed Online and one existing member of The Shed Online will be randomly selected by beyondblue as the Competition winners (Winners).
Each of the Winners will receive a HP Computer valued at $1000 (AUD) (Prize).
The Winners will be notified as follows:
(i) for the Winner who is an existing members of the Shed Online, via email using the email address attached to that Winner’s name in beyondblue’s database of membership information for the Shed Online; and
(ii) for the Winner who is an new member of the Shed Online, via email using the email address provided as part of the Competition entry.
Each Winner will be asked by beyondblue to provide the details of a mailing address for the Prize to be sent to them.
Each Prize must be accepted as offered and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
If any aspect of a Prize cannot be provided for any reason, beyondblue reserves the right to substitute the relevant Prize, in whole or in part, for any other item of equal or greater value.
If a Prize remains unclaimed after one month of the selection of a Winner (including due to the failure by a Winner to supply a mailing address), the relevant Prize will be considered forfeited and may be used by beyondblue for an alternative purpose, entirely at the discretion of beyondblue.
Privacy Personal information collected by beyondblue in conjunction with the Competition will be used to contact Winners and for beyondblue's future marketing and promotional activities.
All personal information collected by beyondblue in conjunction with the Competition will be handled and used in accordance with beyondblue's Privacy Policy, available on beyondblue's website (
www.beyondblue.org.au).

If, for any reason, the Competition does not run during the Competition Period due to a computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of beyondblue that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, beyondblue reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
beyondblue is not responsible for any:
(i) malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or website; or
(ii) failure of any email or entry to be received by beyondblue.
Limitation of liability beyondblue makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the Prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, beyondblue is not liable for any loss or damage that is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by beyondblue, its employees, agents or contractors in connection with the Competition.
In the event that any such liability cannot be excluded by law, the total liability of beyondblue will not exceed the total value of the Prizes.
