1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, agencies and authorised outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

4. Promotional period commences 4th March 2015 and closes on 10th March 2015 at 11.59pm AEST.

5. The major prize(s) is a Lismore Diamond Vase 35cm valued at AUD $999.00. Total prize pool is valued at $999.00 RRP AUD.

6. The winner(s) will be the most creative entry and will be judged by a WWRD representative at WWRD Australia Pty Ltd 100 Holbeche Road, Arndell Park NSW 2148 on the 11th March 2015 at 9am. The winner will be announced on Facebook and will be contacted by email using contact details provided in their entry within 30 days of the draw date. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winners will be notified on Waterford Crystal Australia’s Facebook (facebook.com/waterfordcrystalaustralia) and Twitter (WaterfordAU).

8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

9. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
