Mercedes A180 Draw Terms & Conditions 1.0 PROMOTION TYPE: 1.1 This promotion is for Carina Leagues Club members only. 2.0 PROMOTION DURATION: 2.1 Entries into this promotion will commence from Monday, 16 February at 10am and will conclude on Sunday, 29 March at 5.00pm. 3.0 ENTRY CRITERIA: 3.1 Entries will be generated in the virtual draw automatically when a member uses their membership card to make a purchase at the Carina Leagues Club bars, bistro or cafe facilities when their membership card is swiped at the point of sale. Entries are also earned when playing a gaming machine with a membership card inserted into the gaming machine card reader. 3.2 Entries will be earned at the base rate of one entry per $10 purchase (in one transaction)/ gaming turnover. 4.0 HOW TO WIN AND DRAW DATES/TIMES: 4.1 On Sunday, 29 March members must be present in the Club for the draw, commencing at 5pm, to be eligible to win. 4.2 The member drawn must present themselves to the promotion host within three (3) minutes of their name being called to claim the prize. If the prize has not been claimed within this timeframe, a redraw will occur. 4.3 Announcements will be made throughout the Gaming and Bistro areas only. Announcements are not broadcast in the Chadwicks Bar or any outdoor areas including smoking areas. 5.0 SCHEDULE OF PRIZES: 5.1 The major prize winner will have the choice of a new Mercedes A180 (as displayed in the Club) registered in the winner’s name OR $30,000 cash. 5.3 Cash prizes will be paid to winners using a combination of cash and cheque in accordance with the Club’s Financial Transaction Policy. 5.4 Prizes are not transferrable or exchangable. 6.0 GENERAL CONDITIONS: 6.1 The prize will be drawn using the maxgaming electronic barrel draw - no paper tickets will be issued. 6.2 By participating in the promotion, the winner agrees to have their photograph taken for use in promotional material, including the Club’s newsletter, website and facebook page. 6.3 Carina Leagues Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 6.4 Employees and household members of same, agents, successors, assignees, and Management Staff of Carina Leagues Club, its advertising agencies and promotional companies involved with this promotion, as well as anyone less than 18 years of age, shall be ineligible to participate in the promotion and shall be ineligible for any prize covered herein. 6.5 Directors of Carina Leagues Club and their spouses shall be eligible to enter, however the value of prizes awarded must not exceed $2,000 and a redraw for the major prize will occur. 6.6 Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Carina Leagues Club and Carina Leagues Club designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to Carina Leagues Club or the promotion winner(s). 6.7 Winner’s must complete in full the ‘Winner’s Affidavit & Release’ form and produce a government issued form of photo identification and Carina Leagues membership card to claim the prize. 6.8 Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7.0 PROMOTER’S DETAILS 7.1 The promoter is Carina Leagues Club, 1390 Creek Road, Carina, QLD, 4121.
