Terms and Conditions of Entry for WIN AN AUSTRALIAN OUTBACK ADVENTURE HOLIDAY (“Promotion”) This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia Pty Limited ABN 39 152 425 735 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”).
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request any entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees and immediate families of Universal Sony and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion commences at 09:00 (EST) on Wednesday 1st April 2015,
and ends at 12:00 (EST) on Thursday 30th April 2015. The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
Entrance to the Promotion is via the competition website www.waterdivinercomp.com.au and requires entrants to purchase specially marked Dick Smith Food products including Dick Smith’s Magnificent Fruit Spreads, Dick Smith’s Magnificent Marmalade, Dick Smith’s Magnificent Honey, OzEsauce, OzEhoney, OzEnuts, OzEmite, OzEchoc chocolate drink and Bush Foods Breakfast Cereal, enter their receipt number on the competition website and answer the following “Competition Question” – “In 25 words or less, tell us why you are proud to call Australia home”. Name and email address are also required at the point of entry in order to contact the winner. The Competition Question answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
The one (1) answer to the Competition Question which is deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as a winner of a Prize available in the Promotion.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation: a) Late;b) Delayed;c) Incomplete;d) Incomprehensible;e) Unlawful;f) Obscene;g) Defamatory;h) Libellous;i) Threatening;j) Pornographic;k) Harassing;l) Hateful;m) Racially or ethnically offensive;n) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;o) Capable of violating any law; and/orp) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize. PRIZE: One major prize to be awarded to one person for them and one other person also aged 18+. Prize to include Return flights for 2 to Alice Springs flying Virgin Australia, 3 nights’ twin-share accommodation at the 4.5-star Lasseters Hotel, Breakfast daily, Return transfers from airport to hotel, West MacDonnell Ranges Tour, AAT Kings ‘A Town Like Alice’ Tour. Plus a Copy of The Water Diviner on DVD.
Travel must be completed by 31 March 2016

Total prize pool valued at AUD$6,495 (incl. GST). The judging will take place on Friday 1st May 2015 (EST) at the Promoter’s offices located at Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
The winner will be contacted by email using supplied email address.
If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 48 hours of judging, their Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time.
The personally identifiable information you provide in connection with the Promotion will be collected, stored and used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, located at
