Email Communication Preference Competition – Terms and Conditions.
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.
2. All employees of the promoter and its related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on 18 February 2015 and closes on 24 April 2015.
4. Two prizes will be drawn for this competition:
- The prize for email communication preference change competition consists of a 12 month subscription to Quickflix (Combo Package – includes 3 discs plus streaming) and a Samsung 60” FHD LED LCD Smart TV (or equivalent if unavailable at competition draw date). Prizes valued at $2,838.
Note: Offer eligible to new Quickflix customers only. You will be required to provide Quickflix with a payment method, which will be used to authorise your membership. You will not be charged during your 12-month prize period unless you purchase Premium titles or change your plan. Your prize expires 12 months after sign-up, after which you will be charged $36.99 per month. You can cancel your subscription online anytime and have 7 days to return any discs or you may be charged for them. By accepting this prize, you agree to comply with the Quickflix Terms and Conditions.
- The prize for the secondary competition “sign up to MyRAA” consists of a Samsung 3D Blu-ray Home Theatre package valued at $746.
5. Total prize pool is $3,584.
6. Only current RAA Members are eligible to enter and entrants must have a current valid email address.
7. To be eligible to win the major prize, members must change their communication preference to email and to win the secondary prize members must register for myRAA.
8. A draw of all entries will take place at 10am on Monday 27 April 2015 at RAA, 101 Richmond Road, Mile End, SA, 5031.
9. The first entries drawn that fulfil the competition entry criteria will win the prizes.
10. The winning members will be notified by email/mail and the results published online at
www.raa.com.au/competitions 11. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken for cash.
12. The winners agree to make themselves available for publicity opportunities at the discretion of the promoter for a period of three months after the collection of prizes.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The promoter shall not be liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of accepting any prize. Independent financial advice should be sought by any person participating in the promotion.
