Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia or New Zealand and are 18 years of age or over, ('eligible persons').
The promotion commences 12:01am AEDT on 25/10/14 and closes 11:59pm AEDT on 16/10/15. ("Promotional Period").
To enter the Major promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, log on to http://www.winatticketmaster.com.au/ or http://www.winatticketmaster.co.nz/ , or affiliated website or mobile application (via their compatible mobile device in the manner required) of the Promoter complete the entry form and submit their entry. Entrants who also complete the secondary entry form at www.winat.com.au/ticketmaster or www.winat.co.nz/ticketmaster , or affiliated website or mobile application (via their compatible mobile device in the manner required) of the Promoter will also be entered into the applicable Minor promotion prize draw. Limit of one entry per person in each draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
There will be three (3) Major Promotion draws and six (6) Minor Promotion draws. The draws will take place at 2.00pm AEDT/AEST at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. All entries received during the applicable Draw Period will be entered into draws as outlined in the table below. All draws will be made from eligible entries collected from 12.01am on the Draw Period Start date to 11.59pm on the Draw Period Close Date. Winners will be notified in writing by email and by phone within 2 working days of the draw date and their name and locality will be published on www.winatticketmaster.com.au/competitions/winners from the Announcement Date specified in the tables below.

The first eligible entry drawn in each Major Promotion draw will receive the winner's choice of one of the following prize options;
Option 1 - A WinAtTicketmaster entertainment experience, consisting of:
Eight thousand dollar (AU$8,000) to spend on any combination of flights, cruises, bus trips, car hire (including all associated taxes), accommodation (of the winner's choice), and
two thousand dollars (AU$2,000) spending money credited to the winner's nominated bank account; and
a Live Nation Experience Package valued at one thousand dollars (AU$1,000) to choose an entertainment experience from Live Nation Entertainment, OR
Total value of Option 1 is AU$11,000 (GST inclusive).
Option 2 - eight thousand dollars (AU$8,000) credited to the winner's nominated bank account.
Total value of Option 2 is AU$8,000 (GST inclusive).

Maximum retail value of each Major Promotion is AU$11,000 (GST inclusive). Maximum retail value of all Major Promotions prizes is AU$33,000 (GST inclusive).
The first eligible entry drawn in each Minor Promotion draw will receive the winner's choice of one of the following prize options;
Option 1. AU$500 credited to the winner's nominated bank account or,
Option 2. A AU$500 Ticketmaster Voucher (supplier voucher conditions apply)
Maximum retail value of each Minor Promotion Prize is AU$500 (GST inclusive).
Maximum retail value of the Minor Promotions prizes is AU$3,000 (GST inclusive).
Maximum retail value of Total Prizepool is AU$36,000 (GST inclusive).
The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
All prizes are subject to availability. If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any law or written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same time and place as the original draw/s on 28/01/16 subject to state regulations and the winner/s will be notified in writing by email and their name and locality will be published on www.winatticketmaster.com.au/competitions/winners from the 04/02/16.
All entries become the property of The Promoter. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition. Eligible persons agree that by submitting an entry, you agree that the Promoter may use your email address to send information and promotions concerning third party products and services and also supply your contact information and questionnaire responses to companies so that they may use them to contact you by mail, phone, SMS, MMS or email to send offers and promote services based on your preferences. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant's details should be directed to The Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence arising from any error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption and communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communication networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to network traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. Any costs associated with accessing the promotion website are the Eligible Entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person's further participation in this competition, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the competition or in any element of the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Travel Prize special conditions:
Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in any travel prize option. . The major prize winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in, if a travel prize option is selected. All travel prize options must be taken by the expiry date on the travel voucher and booking must be confirmed at least three (3) months prior to intended departure date. All travel prize options are subject to booking and flight availability. Travel prize options cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods.
Prize winners (and their companion/s) are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports with more than six months until expiry at the time of travel, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation, if applicable to the prize option they select. The prize winners and their companion/s must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent flyer points will not form part of any travel prize option. Travel prize options are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers
Travel insurance is advisable for the Prize winner and guests to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances, however, such arrangements are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners (and their companion/s).
The Promoter and the associated agencies, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. It is the sole responsibility of the Prize winners (and their companion/s) to first check with all government travel advisory information regarding the safety and situation of the destination of their chosen destination/event.
The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, postponement, delay or rescheduling of transport and any costs incurred as a result. Including, without limitation, any accommodation costs will be the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
The Prize winners (and their companion/s) are advised to consult their healthcare professional regarding recommended immunisations and/or health checks prior to travelling and to check for travel warnings and any perceived hazards with appropriate authorities, including www.dfat.gov.au.
