Entry Restrictions Entrants must be at least 18 years or older.

Maximum Entries Multiple entries are permitted, however an entrant is only eligible to redeem one (1) Prize in the Promotion. Only one (1) Bonus Entry will be permitted per Perth Garden Festival Receipt number supplied.
Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period: 1. Go to the Website and register their details; 2. The Promoter will conduct a draw from all registered entrants and „Bonus‟ Entries to determine a winner. Bonus Entry: If entrants register their Perth Garden Festival Receipt number, they will also receive one (1) „Bonus‟ Entry into the draw.
Draw Details Draw Method: Random Computer Selection. The first entrant drawn will be a Major Prize Winner. The following ten (10) entrants drawn will be a Minor Prize Winner. Prize Restrictions As per Conditions of Entry. Prizes are not Redeemable for Cash. Not Transferable. The winners may travel from 11 May 2015 to 30 June 2015, 07 July 2015 to 16 September 2015, and 29 September 2015 to 30 November 2015, and is subject to seat availability. Each pair of tickets must be used for travel on the same flights and dates. Tickets are valid for a stay away of no more than 3 months. The ticket validity cannot be extended and any travel not utilized by 28 February 2016 will be deemed null and void. Tickets must be issued prior to 31 October 2015. Tickets can be upgraded to Business Class at the additional cost to the winner.
The Prize may require booking and completing as specified by the Promoter or by the Prize Provider. The Prize is subject to booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated

Notification of Winners

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If the Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, a further draw shall take place.
