Entry tickets will be automatically issued to members who swipe their membership card in the kiosk, spend an accumulated amount of $30 in the bar or purchase entry tickets with their member points (4 points per entry).
There are 10 keys up for grabs 7pm Saturdays from 27th April until 6th June 2015. The final draw takes place on Saturday 6th June from 6.30pm where one of the 10 finalists will have the chance to unlock and WIN the Vespa Primavera Scooter. The remaining 9 key holders will win 500 bonus membership points as a consolation prize.

1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Taren Point Bowling Club, ABN 26 000 105 948, of 203 Holt Road, Taren Point, NSW, 2229 (“Promoter”). Phone number (02) 9522 8111.
2. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
3. Only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who is an Australian resident as at time of entry, including any: (i) current member of Taren Point Bowling Club; (ii) person over 18 years of age. This excludes any: (i) employee of the Promoter or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (ii) employee of Taren Point Bowling Club, ABN 26 000 105 948; (iii) spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of an excluded employee; and (iv) person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s competitions, (v) a company director of Taren Point Bowling Club..
4. Promotional period: 10:00 AEDST Monday 27th April 2015 to 18:00 AEDST Saturday 6th June 2015.
5. Entry tickets for the draw will be issued to members who:
a) Insert their current membership card into the membership swipe terminal and swipe. Limited to one (1) entry ticket per day. b) Insert their current membership card into the poker machine console whilst playing. One (1) entry ticket per $100.00 of turn over. c) Spend an accumulated amount of $30.00 at Taren Point Bowling Club’s bar. d) Purchase entry tickets with their Club Membership Points at the value of 4 points (0.40c)
6. Entry tickets generated from members who (a) insert their current membership card into the membership swipe terminal and (c) spend an accumulated amount of $30.00 within Taren Point Bowling Club bar will automatically be given an entry ticket. Entry tickets will be printed with the current date, member’s name and membership number from the approved ticket spitter.

7. Entry tickets generated from members who (a) insert their current membership card into the membership swipe terminal and select the option to purchase an entry ticket at the value of 4 points (0.40c) will automatically be given an entry ticket. Entry tickets will be printed with the current date, member’s name and membership number from the approved ticket spitter.
8. Entry tickets generated from members who (b) insert their current membership card into the poker machine whilst playing will automatically be deposited into the entry barrel. Entry tickets will be printed with the current date, member’s name and membership number from the approved ticket spitter.
9. Entrants must be present at Taren Point Bowling Club at the time of the draws to be eligible to win the prize/s offered.
10. Entries are not transferable and finalists from the weekly draws must be present at the final. The draws for finalists will be conducted on the following days in the following manner:
a) Every Saturday during the promotional period from 7pm four (4) eligible entry will be manually drawn from the barrel. b) The members name will be announced 3 times and given 3 minutes to present themselves to the designated promotion staff member located at the promotional barrel to be a finalist for the final draw on Saturday 6th June 2015. c) If the member does not present themselves to the designated promotion staff member within the 3 minute time period then another eligible entry will be drawn every 15 minutes until 7.45pm or until a member is present. d) Once one (1) eligible weekly entrant has been found between 7pm and 7.45pm no more draws will take place after this draw. e) If no winner is found during the weekly draws an extra draw will be added to the final draw held on Saturday 6th June 2015 from 6.30pm. f) On Saturday 6th June 2015 from 6.30pm, there will be a total of 10 eligible finalists for the final draw. These 10 finalists will be made up of the finalists drawn from the preceding weekly draws as outlined in 10(a) – 10(e) above with the balance to be drawn on Saturday 6th June 2015 from 6.30pm. g) Once all the eligible finalists have been found on Saturday 6th June they will then select a key in the order they were drawn. The eligible finalists will then be asked to try their keys to unlock the padlock. h) The entrant whose key unlocks the padlock will win a RED VESPA PRIMAVERA 125. i) The remaining 9 key winners will each win 500 Member Rewards Points. j) Final draw on Saturday 6th June 2015 from 6.30pm.

11. There will be a total of one (1) major prize draw conducted commencing at 18:30 AEDST Saturday 6th June 2015. Contestants must be present at Taren Point Bowling Club and make themselves known to the person responsible for conducting the promotion before they are permitted accept the prize.
12. All participating members will receive entry tickets into the major draw. All tickets will be dated, include contestant’s details and will be entered into the draw..
13. All draws will be conducted by a Taren Point Bowling Club employee or promotional staff member.
14. For all draws members are required to present their current financial Taren Point Bowling Club membership card to the person responsible for conducting the promotion.
15. Prizes consist of;
a) One (1) Vespa Primavera 125 including all on road costs, one (1) NSW Motorcycle Rider Pre Learner Course, one (1) NSW Riding Test b) Nine (9) x 500 member reward points to be added to a Taren Point Bowling Club Membership Card
16. Additional costs, services, insurance, maintenance and all other ancillary costs are not included.
17. Prize must be picked up from Scooteria, 150 Parramatta Road, Stanmore, NSW, Australia, Ph:: 02 9557 8500. The winner may be required to present their current personal details at the time of registering the Vespa Primavera 125 and during the NSW Rider Licencing process.
18. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners.
19. There shall be no more than one winner per prize drawn; total of ten (10) prizes drawn.
20. Printing errors or other quality control matters outside the control of the individual player shall not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize. 21. Any ticket will be declared void if mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way.

22. Entry tickets will be emptied from the barrel at the conclusion of the last draw on the nominated promotional days.
23. Terms and conditions of this promotion will be available for members to view at the clubs reception and at
www.tpbc.com.au 24. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
25. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise); (v) any entry or Instant Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (vi) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions; (vii) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (viii) use of a prize. Individuals should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
26. Any discrepancies will be settled by management, whose decision is final.
27. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY AUTHORISED TICKET DESPENCER OR WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO

THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
28. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable, is abandoned, called off, varied or postponed for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or element of a prize of equal value at the Promoter’s sole discretion, subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities.
29. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its related companies (including but not limited to Taren Point Bowling Club, ABN 26 000 105 948) and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
30. Eligible Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. The Promoter will also use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at tpbc.com.au. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants’ personal information collected will be shared with overseas third parties who provide services to the Promoter in order to conduct the promotion. By registering for the promotion, Eligible Entrants consent for this to occur.
