Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into Terminator Genisys
Competition (“Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 21 years and over. However, employees and
the immediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited (the “Promoter”), Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd
and their associated agencies and companies or any organisation or individual associated with
the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.
3. The Competition commences on Monday 15 June 2015 at 09:00 AEST and closes on Sunday
05 July 2015 at 23:59 AEST (“Competition Period”).
4. The Competition will be advertised on, but not limited to, Network TEN, and
www.tenplay.com.au.
To Enter
5. To participate in the Competition entrants must either:
a. Send a text message to 1999 2222 to register their full name and address, or
b. Log on to tenplay.com.au and register their details including (but not limited to) name,
address, phone number, email address, gender and interest, to become a TENPlay
member.
6. SMS entrants must have Premium Services enabled by their mobile phone carrier to enter.
Entrants will be charged $0.55 (inclusive of GST) per entry (Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd SMS
Helpline 1300 914 815).
7. It is free to become a TENPlay member, however, the cost of accessing the promotional
website is dependent on the entrant’s individual service provider. These Terms and
Conditions apply in conjunction with the Ten Members rules.
8. A limit of one online entry per day per TENPlay member applies. SMS entrants may enter as
many times as they like.
9. Entries must be received by Sunday 05 July 2015 at 23:59 AEST to be included in the Prize
Draw. Each valid entry received over the duration of the Competition Period will be entered
into the Prize Draw.
10. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by the Promoter’s
database and the time the SMS entry is received in the Mercury Mobility database. The
Promoter and Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd accept no responsibility for any late, lost or
misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
11. The Prize Draw will be held on Monday 06 July 2015 at 11:00 AEST at Mercury Mobility Pty
Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000.

12. The major prize winner will be notified by a phone call within two (2) days of the draw and in
writing and the winner’s details will be published on the TENPlay website at tenplay.com.au
from Tuesday 07 July 2015.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry
which, in the opinion of the Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially
insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with
the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in
entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to
the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but is not limited
to, entrants and households using multiple email addresses, postal addresses, PO Box
addresses to register single or multiple entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a
winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type
described in this clause.
14. An entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
15. If required, an unclaimed prize draw for the major prize will take place at Mercury Mobility Pty
Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Tuesday 6 October 2015 at
11:00 AEST. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified of their prize in writing and winner’s
details will be published on the TENPlay website at tenplay.com.au from Wednesday 7
October 2015.
16. Prizes
There will be One (1) Major Prize winner drawn from all entries received (SMS and Online)
who will win the following prize:
One (1) Harley Davidson® Fat Boy® Lo motorcycle in Vivid Black, provided by Harley
Davidson Australia & New Zealand
17. Prize value includes all on road costs, and comes with vehicle registration.
18. Total Prize Value for this competition is $28,750.00 (RRP) and is correct at the time of printing.
19. Prizes cannot be transferred.
20. The Harley Davidson® Fat Boy® Lo motorcycle will be provided in the colour ‘Vivid Black’ (gloss
black), this is non-negotiable.
21. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute
the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions given under State
Regulation.
22. Delivery of the Prize will occur through the Prize Winners’ nearest authorised Harley Davidson
Dealer, which will be determined based on post code.
23. The Prize Winner will need to make their own way to the authorised Harley Davidson Dealer
that is determined to be nearest, and costs associated with travel to and or from the
dealership are to be incurred by the Prize Winner.

24. If the Prize Winner does not hold a current, open, unrestricted motorcycle licence, they must
arrange for the vehicle to be transported to their residence. Any costs associated with
transporting the vehicle from the dealership are the sole responsibility of the winner and the
Promoter, and Prize Provider accept no responsibility for these costs. Delivery can usually be
arranged through the dealership if required.
25. Any other costs associated with parts, accessories, gear, licences etc. are the responsibility of
the winner.
26. The Harley Davidson® Fat Boy® Lo motorcycle will be provided in stock form.
27. Once prizes have left the Prize Provider’s premises, the Promoter and the Prize Provider take
no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
28. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and cooperate as required with all
reasonable media editorial requested relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being
interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned through the duration of the prize.
29. In consideration for the Promoter awarding the prize to the winner, the winner hereby
permits the winner’s image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the
winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with Network TEN or the
advertising or marketing thereof, in any media whatsoever through the world and the winner
will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
30. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of
accepting the prize.
31. Prizes will be awarded to the person named in their contestant entry. Should an entrant’s
contact details change during the Competition Period it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify
the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be
directed to the Promoter.
32. The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the Competition result.
33. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the prize and the prize provider’s requirements.
34. It is a condition of accepting the prize the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a
form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
35. In the case of the intervention of an outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the
manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism,
power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of
terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and
recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to any directions given under
State Regulation.

36. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered
or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either
caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or
utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may
occur in the course of the administration of this Competition including any omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or
telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to
or alteration of entries.
37. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the
Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engage in any
unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct
of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation
from such an offender are reserved.
38. The Promoter, Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd and their associated agencies and companies assume
no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or
alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
39. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical
failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the
Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with
the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.
40. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information
about you to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information
will be made without prior consent.
41. With your express consent to do so, Paramount Pictures Australia will collect your personal
information in accordance with their privacy policy which can be viewed at
www.paramountpicturesaustralia.com.au. Paramount Pictures Australia privacy policy may
change over time and it is the responsibility of the entrant to keep themselves informed of
these changes. If an entrant wishes to check the personal details held by Paramount Pictures
Australia, or be removed from the opt-in database they should contact Paramount Pictures
Australia by emailing

42. You consent to The Promoter collecting your personal information for the purpose of
conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and
notifying the winner and prize fulfilment). Your personal information may be disclosed to
Mercury Mobility Pty Ltd and third party service providers for this purpose. Your personal
information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names
published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. For purposes of public
statements and advertisements The Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname, initial
and State. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the
Promoter. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the promotion.

43. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
and by entering the Competition, you (the entrant) are taken to consent to Network Ten Pty
Limited’s privacy policy which contains information, amongst other things, about how you
may access personal information that is held by Network Ten Pty Limited about you and seek
correction of such information. See

how you may complain about a breach of the APPs, or a registered code that is binding on our
organisation and how Network Ten Pty Limited will deal with such complaints. We may
disclose your personal information to related entities and third party service providers outside
Australia.
