General
1. Information on how to enter the Australian Caravan+RV Win a Motorhome Convoy Tour to Canada/Alaska promotion (Promotion) and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. By participating in this Promotion, you will be deemed to have: (a) accepted these terms and conditions; and (b) expressly consented to our use of your personal information for the purpose of the Privacy Act, Spam Act, other related privacy legislation and for marketing.
3. The promoter is NRMA Open Road Pty Ltd (Promoter) ABN 91 000 026 844 of 9A York St, Sydney, NSW 2000.
4. The Promotion commences at 9am am (AEST) on 13 August 2015 and entries close at 5.30 pm (AEST) on 10 February 2016 (Promotional Period).
5. Entry is open to Australian residents only aged 21 years and over.
How to Enter
6. Entrants must subscribe to Caravan+RV magazine for 1, 2 or 3 years (Subscription) or have received a Subscription as a gift. Entry is subject to a valid credit card payment or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment within the Promotional Period.
7. Entrants must order their Subscription by sending an order form to NRMA Publishing, PO Box 245, North Melbourne VIC 3051, calling 1300 782 312, or online at

www.magshop.com.au during the Promotional Period and include their name, address, email, telephone number, NRMA Membership number (if relevant) and any other information so requested (Subscription Order). Entrants who enter via receipt of a Subscription as a gift, must consent to their personal information being provided to the Promoter and agree to these Promotion terms and conditions as per clause 8.
8. In the case that the Subscription is ordered as a gift, both the gift recipient and the donor are eligible to enter this Promotion and will receive one (1) entry each into the draw, as long as the donor has:
a) received the consent of the gift recipient for their personal information to be provided to the Promoter for the purposes of receiving a subscription to Caravan+RV and entry into this Promotion, including agreement to these Promotion terms and conditions; and
b) provided the gift recipient with the Promoter’s contact details; and
c) completed the Subscription Order, including their details as well as those of the gift recipient as so requested (see clause 7); and
d) complied with the Subscription payment conditions for this Promotion (see clause 6).
9. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part.
Eligibility
10. Employees of the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as this term is defined in the Corporations Act) and such employees’ immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
11. To protect the integrity of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, at any time (including after the closing of the Promotion) the validity of all entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits invalid, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries or tampers with the entry process or uses any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows repeated illegal entry.
12. Winners who cannot be reached within 3 months at the email address, address or telephone number provided on their entry will unfortunately be disqualified and the winner will be re-selected.
Draws and Prizes
13. All draws will take place at DCA, Level 5, 355 Spencer Street, West Melbourne, VIC 3003, at 11am (AEST) on 11 February 2016
Conditions of Entry – Game of Chance 2
14. The first valid entry drawn from the total number of entries received, will win a 35-day Motorhome Convoy Tour of Canada and Alaska, for two people, including:
return economy flights: departing Sydney to Vancouver, and returning from Seattle to Sydney;
flight taxes;
24ft or 29 ft Motorhome; pick up from Vancouver and drop off at Seattle;
a tour, including flight, of Mt McKinley, Alaska;
7-night Inside Passage Cruise from Vancouver to Anchorage including a Kenai Fjord Rail Cruise Tour
4 nights’ in 3 star hotel accommodation for transfer locations; and
transfers whilst on tour, but not airport transfers.
The Prize must be taken as per the Harvey World Travel schedule, which departs from Sydney on 19 August 2016, or will be forfeited by the winner. The Prize does not include fuel, food, Travel Insurance, windscreen protection insurance, optional extras, park entry fees and personal expenses. The winner and their nominated companion must both be:
aged over 21 years;
have a current passport;
make their own way to Sydney;
able to travel to and enter the United States (ie no criminal record); and
a holder of a valid Australian motor car Driver’s Licence
The prize is subject to Harvey World Travel Terms and Conditions available at
www.menai.harveyworld.com.au15. The prize is valued at $25,000, as at 17 July 2015, and is correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value. 16. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value or specification, subject to any written directions given by the appropriate State or Territory Lottery Departments. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
17. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
18. The winner will be notified by mail by 17 February 2016 and winner’s name will be published in the April/May 2016 issue of Australian Caravan+RV magazine, on sale 14 April 2016 and published online at
www.mynrma.com.au/magazines. Only the winner will receive written notification.
19. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, or chooses not to participate in the Promotion, then that prize, or element thereof, will be forfeited.
20. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at 11am (AEST) on 12 May 2016 at DCA, Level 5, 355 Spencer Street, West Melbourne, VIC 3003, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and the subsequent winner will be notified by mail by 16 May 2016 and have their name published in the June/July 2016 issue of Australian Caravan+RV magazine.

21. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at
www.mynrma.com.au. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter will also endeavour to provide you with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications. You should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use your personal information (such as name, age, membership number and image, mobile phone number, email address) and any other information provided to the Promoter pursuant to this Promotion without remuneration or compensation to you for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you and promoting the NRMA, its business and related companies.
Limitation of Liability
24. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
25. Subject to the approval of the relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments, the Promoter may:
a) modify or suspend the Promotion if all entrants participating in the competition until that point are notified of the changes to these Conditions of Entry, upon notification of any such changes, the affected entrants may terminate their participation in the competition without any liability to the entrant; or
b) terminate or cancel the Promotion.
The Promoter will not be liable for any modification, suspension, termination or cancellation.
26. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
