This competition starts tonight. Watch'Home & Away' nightly for the daily codeword and then phone or send a text, with the daily codeword to enter.

The Competition commences on Monday 14 September 2015 at 19:00 (AEST) and concludes on Monday 21
September 2015 at 23:59 (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).

For entry details, viewers must watch Home and Away (“the Program”) on the Seven Network (“the
Network”) and Affiliates during the Competition Period. There will be a competition segment aired during the
Program which will display information on how to enter (or any replacement program broadcast in the Home
and Away

In order to enter the draw, viewers must either:

a) send a text message/SMS registering the daily code word, full name, suburb and state to 19 777 277 (Charge $0.55 – Helpline 1300 851 419);

b) telephone 1902 55 77 02 (Charge $0.55 fixed – Helpline 1300 851 419), and register the daily code
word, full name, suburb, and state, and daily contact number

Entries for the individual draws must be received by the date and times stated in the table below:
The 1902 call cost is $0.55 (including GST). 1902 call costs will be higher from mobile phones.

There will be five (5) prize winners in total who will receive the relevant prize package detailed in clause 4.2.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is
taken.

In accepting the prize, each winner and their nominated travel companion(s) agree to participate in and cooperate
with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and
photographed, and the winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage
and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The prize winners and their nominated travel companions agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their
story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the prize winners and their nominated travel companion(s) must
comply with all the conditions of use of the prize as well as the Promoter’s and the Prize Supplier’s
requirements.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable or exchangeable to another person. The travel
companion nominated by the prize winners (as outlined in clause 5.1), once nominated is not transferable.
The prize winners and their nominated travel companions must be residents of Australia and must be 18
years of age or older (unless the Promoter consents at the Promoters absolute discretion) and may need to
provide valid identification to the Promoter.
The prize winners and their travel companions must commence and complete their travel by 31 March 2016
and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. If the prize is not utilised
by 31 March 2016 it will be forfeited. In addition, the prize must be booked and confirmed within 90 days
from prize telephone confirmation with the Promoter. A letter and also an email will be sent to the winner as
confirmation. Prize travel is subject to availability at time of booking. Blackout periods may apply and is at the
discretion of the Promoter.
The prize winners and their traveling companion(s) must travel on the same flight, at the same time, must
depart from the winner’s nearest capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their
nearest capital city airport (Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Hobart, Darwin). There can be no
changes made to travel arrangements once itineraries or tickets are issued, including no name changes. The
Promoter will not be liable for any cost arising from or otherwise related to delays or cancellations to the
connecting flight(s) booked by the winner, either to or from the nominated capital city and their residence.
All booking and costs related to obtaining, amending or otherwise concerning the connecting flight(s) to/from
their residence and the nominated capital city are the responsibility of the winner.
Any changes made to the booking by the prize winners or their travel companion(s), including extending the
trip, are at the winner’s expense and must be arranged by the winner.
Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the
prize winners and their travel companion(s). Subject to the prize stipulated in clause 4.2, prize winners and
their travel companion(s) are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to meals, drinks,
incidentals, mini-bar, in-room video, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, energy
surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash
deposit may be required from the prize winners at check-in to the accommodation detailed for all incidental
charges.

The prize winners and their travel companions are responsible for obtaining and paying for all relevant
passports, visas and other necessary travel documentation required to travel to the destination stipulated in
the prize.
Each prize package must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to
use the prize or any element of the prize as stated.
Travel insurance is not included in the cost of the prize and is highly recommended to protect against the
additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
It is a condition in accepting the Draw 1 DUBAI, UAE prize package detailed in clause 4.2, the winner abides
by the following terms:
a) Flights are valued for four people. All flights subject to availability. All associated taxes, flight and airline
charges are included.
b) Travel restrictions and blackout dates apply during Christmas & New Year (December 21, 2015 to January
4, 2016), Australia Day (23 January 2016 to 28 January 2016), and Chinese Near Year (31 January 2016 - 2
February, 2016) unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter. Embargo restrictions apply
during these periods.
c) Prize cannot be taken during UAE peak periods unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter.
Embargo restrictions apply during these periods.
d) Flight and Accommodation bookings are subject to conditions and availability (including but not limited
to capacity limitations and other restrictions).
4.16 It is a condition in accepting the Draw 2 London, UK prize package detailed in clause 4.2, the winner abides
by the following terms:
a) Flights are valued for four people. All flights subject to availability. All associated taxes, flight and airline
charges are included.
b) Travel restrictions and blackout dates apply during Christmas & New Year (December 21, 2015 to
January 4, 2016), Australia Day (23 January 2016 to 28 January 2016), and Chinese Near Year (31 January
2016 - 2 February, 2016) unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter. Embargo restrictions
apply during these periods.
c) Prize cannot be taken during UK peak periods unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter.
Embargo restrictions apply during these periods.
d) Flight and Accommodation bookings are subject to conditions and availability (including but not limited
to capacity limitations and other restrictions).
4.17 It is a condition in accepting the Draw 3 New York, USA prize package detailed in clause 4.2, the winner
abides by the following terms:
a) Flights are valued for four people. All flights subject to availability. All associated taxes, flight and airline
charges are included.
b) Travel restrictions and blackout dates apply during Christmas & New Year (December 21, 2015 to January 4,
2016), Australia Day (23 January 2016 to 28 January 2016), and Chinese Near Year (31 January 2016 - 2
February, 2016) unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter. Embargo restrictions apply during
these periods.
c) Prize cannot be taken during USA peak periods unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter.
Embargo restrictions apply during these periods.
d) Flight and Accommodation bookings are subject to conditions and availability (including but not limited to
capacity limitations and other restrictions).
e) It is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion to obtain ESTA travel authorisation for travel
to the USA.
4.18 It is a condition in accepting the Draw 4 Niagara Falls, CANADA prize package prize package detailed in
clause 4.2, the winner abides by the following terms:
a) Flights are valued for four people. All flights subject to availability. All associated taxes, flight and airline
charges are included.
b) Travel restrictions and blackout dates apply during Christmas & New Year (December 21, 2015 to January 4,
2016), Australia Day (23 January 2016 to 28 January 2016), and Chinese Near Year (31 January 2016 - 2
February, 2016) unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter. Embargo restrictions apply during
these periods.
c) Prize cannot be taken during Canadian peak periods unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter.
Embargo restrictions apply during these periods.
d) Flight and Accommodation bookings are subject to conditions and availability (including but not limited to
capacity limitations and other restrictions).

e) It is the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion to obtain ESTA travel authorisation for travel
to the USA as the winner and their companion will fly in to the USA prior to travelling to Niagara Falls,
Canada.
4.19 It is a condition in accepting the Draw 5 Cancun, MEXICO prize package detailed in clause 4.2, the winner
abides by the following terms:
a) Flights are valued for four people. All flights subject to availability. All associated taxes, flight and airline
charges are included.
b) Travel restrictions and blackout dates apply during Christmas & New Year (December 21, 2015 to January 4,
2016), Australia Day (23 January 2016 to 28 January 2016), and Chinese Near Year (31 January 2016 - 2
February, 2016) unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter. Embargo restrictions apply during
these periods.
c) Prize cannot be taken during Mexican peak periods unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor and Promoter.
Embargo restrictions apply during these periods.
d) Flight and Accommodation bookings are subject to conditions and availability (including but not limited to
capacity limitations and other restrictions).
The Promoter may require the prize winners and their nominated travel companions to sign a waiver of
liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a
prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to sign a winner’s deed of release or any other relevant
forms or agreements that the Promoter deems necessary, to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of
residency at the nominated prize delivery address and/or proof of entry validity (including phone bill) in order
to claim a prize. Proof of identification, residency, age and entry considered suitable for verification is at the
discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit
the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant, claiming to be a winner, being unable
to satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who
enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected
entries. Prizes are subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and, with the exception of cash
prizes, cannot be taken as cash.
By entering this competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving,
travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury,
incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as
adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the winner is
travelling. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at
destinations prior to travel. The Promoter does not guarantee that the winner will enjoy the travel prize or be
suited to the type of travel prize that is offered.
Compliance with local health and government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and
their nominated traveling companion.

HOW TO WIN
There will be five (5) prize winners drawn in total from the national pool of 1902 and SMS entrants. The first
valid entry drawn from this pool for each draw will be deemed the relevant prize winner and will each receive
the prize detailed in Clause 4.2. Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these
terms and conditions during the Competition Period by either using their smartphone, a mobile phone with a
reply path and whose SMS message has passed through the Telco carriers network to Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd
database or phoned the 1902 number registered all details required by the relevant Competition
Registration Period closing date detailed in clause 3.4 (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be entered into the
corresponding draw detailed in clause 3.4. Entries that do not comply with any of the terms and conditions,
may be deemed invalid and a further draw will be conducted in its place. The draws will take place at Mnet
Mobile Pty Ltd, Level 1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on the dates and times specified in
clause 3.4.
The winners will be notified by a phone call on the day of the draw. Upon verbal confirmation of the prize
with the relevant winner, a letter will also be express posted. The winners’ entry details will be published in
the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 28 September 2015.
The name of the winner of each prize draw will appear on Sunrise the same day as the draw.

The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a
winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in
accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and any companions) may be required to sign a legal
release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
Subject to state government legislation an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Mnet Mobile Pty Ltd, Level
1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Tuesday 22 December 2015 at 10:00 AEDT and
winner(s) will be notified by mail and their details published in the Public Notes section of The Australian
newspaper on Monday 28 December 2015 if required.
