14. If any Prize is not claimed within three months after the judging date, the Winner will forfeit his or her Prize. The Promoter may award a forfeited Prize to the next-best Entry as determined by judges. The winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified by private message on 15 January 2016.
15. By entering the competition you acknowledge the following:
a. a complete release of Facebook by any entrant;
b. This competition is in no way sponsored, administered or endorsed by Facebook.
c. information supplied as part of the entry is to the promoter not to Facebook
16. Eligibility is conditional upon the entrant complying with all rules & regulations required by Facebook.
