The individual must have consent to take the Photo and submit it in this promotion from each person that is featured and/or recognisable in the Photo. Photos must also be otherwise in compliance with clause 27.
Terms and Conditions:
To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
1. spend AU$15.00 or more in one (1) transaction at any Nando’s restaurant in Australia (“Qualifying Transaction”) and successfully scan (or have a staff member scan) their registered and verified PERi-Perks membership (either via their membership card or barcode in the PERi-Perks Application installed on their phone) to record their Qualifying Transaction; and then
ii. complete one (1) of the following entry methods:
a) Enter via email: send an email to
periperksLA@nandos.com.au with the subject title “Living it up in LA” containing their full name, PERi-Perks membership number, contact number and their Photo (as an attachment) so that it is received during the Promotional Period. Attachments must be in JPG or PDF format and must not exceed 3MB in file size;
OR
b) Enter via Instagram: upload their Photo to their own personal account with the post containing the hashtag #periperksLA.
