Terms and Conditions
1. These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to participate and prize
details, apply to the Promotion Offer and entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of
these terms.
2. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
3. The promoter is Defence Housing Australia (DHA) and Investa Development Management Pty
(Investa) (Promoter)
4. This is a game of chance. Entry and participation in this Promotion Offer is free and open only
to the Buyers of the Qualifying Property who are over the age of 18 years and subject to the
Buyers fulfilling the entry conditions stated in paragraphs 6 to 9 below. The Promotion Offer
excludes the Buyers who are Promoter directors, management and employees and their
immediate families, builders, property developers, contractors, consultants and those who
have commercial interest in buying the Qualifying Property.
5. Subject to these terms and conditions, the Promotion Offer consists of one Lifestyle Package
prize to the value $50,473 which entitles the drawn winner to receive all of the following

up to the total value of AU$3,000 inc GST.

6. Investa will draw 2 additional runner-up winners to be called upon in the event that the first
winner does not proceed and complete the purchase of the land under their land contract in
accordance with its terms. The consecutive winner will be contacted accordingly.
7. The prize will be drawn on the 17 March 2016.
8. The Promotion Offer runs from 18 October 2015 until 28 February 2016 (Promotion Period).
9. The Promotion Offer applies to the purchase of any residential land lot/s at Breezes Muirhead
(NT) (Qualifying Property).
10. The Promotion Offer is available to each person (referred to as a Buyer) who:
a. Completes a Registration of Interest form [on the Breezes Muirhead website] with all
requested details (including name, address and contact number)
b. Enters into a binding and unconditional contract for the sale of Qualifying Property
(Contract for Sale) on or before 28 February 2016 (Exchange Date);
c. Pays the full deposit for the Qualifying Contract in accordance with the terms of the
Contract for Sale (noting that this full deposit amount must be received and receipted into
the relevant account on or before the Exchange Date) and
d. Completes its purchase of the Qualifying Property in accordance with the Contract for Sale
for that Qualifying Property.
11. The Buyer will be entitled to enter into the Promotion Offer upon entering into a binding and
unconditional contract for the sale of a Qualifying Property on or before 28 February 2016.
However, if the Buyer fails to completes its purchase of the Qualifying Property in accordance
with the Contract for Sale for that Qualifying Property then they will not be eligible for the
Promotion Item.
12. The Promotion Offer does not apply where a holding deposit has been provided by the Buyer
or a Contract for Sale is issued to the Buyer prior to the commencement of the Promotion
Period.
13. The Buyer will not be entitled to enter in the Promotion Offer if the Contract for Sale for the
Qualifying Property is not exchanged for any reason whatsoever within the Promotion Period,
unless the delay has been due to the Promoter’s negligence.
14. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer by the
Promoter or any of its related entities.
15. The Promotion is subject to any other terms and conditions in the Contract for Sale or terms
and conditions imposed by Promotion Item suppliers.
16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter may cancel or make changes to the Promotion at
any time without notice. Such changes may include adding or withdrawing a Qualifying
Property, or shortening or extending the Promotion Period.
17. The Promotion Offer, or any unused portion of the Promotion Offer, is not transferable or
exchangeable.
18. The Promotion Offer will be drawn at 11am on Thursday 17 March 2016 at the Breezes
Muirhead Land Sales Centre, located at 22 Coleman Street, Muirhead, NT 0810 and the winner
of the Promotion Item will be notified via telephone within 5 business days from the date the
Promotion Offer was drawn. The names of the winner of the Promotion Item will be published
on the Breezes Muirhead website following the date on which the Promotion Offer is drawn.
The Promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will
become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers,
employees and agents) and its related entities exclude all liability (including negligence), for
any personal injury; or any cost, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion Offer or any of the
Promotion Items, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s
control);
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. any notice from the Buyer in relation to the Promotion Offer or a Promotion Item that is late,
lost, stolen, forged, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the
Promoter);
d. any tax liability incurred by Buyer; or
e. use of a Promotion Item (including any fees, levies or charges associated with use of the
Promotion Item).
20. The Buyer may not deduct or set off the value of the Promotion Offer from the balance of the
purchase price payable on settlement in respect of the Qualifying Property under the Contract
for Sale.
21. Recipients of Promotion Items must be over 18 years of age.
22. These terms and conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions for the Promotion Offer.
23. There will be one entry per Contract for Sale and where more than one person is noted as the
Buyer in the Contract for Sale, the persons noted as the Buyers in the Contract for Sale will be
deemed as one Buyer and the Promotion Item will be made payable to the first person noted
in the Contract for Sale.
24. The Promoter reserves the rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any
participants who interferes with or fails to comply with the correct entry process, or who
submits an entry which is incomplete or is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
25. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as
reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the
Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
a. to disqualify any individual; or
b. to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
26. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for
this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to contractors
and consultants. Participation is conditional on providing this information. Individuals should
direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
27. Investa and its Related Bodies Corporate uses the information you provide in accordance with
our Privacy Policy to contact you with respect to your interest in our products and services by

28. The personal information you provide will be collected and may be used by the Promoter for
