To be eligible to enter, the individual must, during the Promotional Period, spend $10 or more, in one transaction (the “Transaction”), on any Easter confectionery (being the participating confectionery product(s) from the list in the Schedule) (“Eligible Products”), at any Woolworths supermarket store nationally (including Metro and small format supermarket stores) or shop online at woolworths.com.au **

To enter, the individual must, during the Promotional Period, visit www.woolworths.com.au (“the Website”), follow the prompts to the entry page, and enter all requested details, including providing the Woolworths unique receipt number displayed on the Woolworths receipt or online invoice/order number for the Transaction, full name, address, phone number and any additional information as required by the Promoter and submit the full completed online entry form. The entrant’s date of entry into the promotion will be the date on which the online entry form is actually completed in full and submitted, not the date of the entrant’s eligible Transaction.

Depending upon when the entrant’s valid entry is received by the Promoter, the entrant will receive one (1) entry in the first Daily Draw after their entry is received and one (1) entry in the first Weekly Draw after their entry is received. There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period, for a total of 28 daily draws (“Daily Draws”), and there will be one (1) draw conducted for all entries received during each week (being Monday to Sunday) of the Promotional Period, for a total 4 weekly draws (“Weekly Draws”). Entries into each Daily Draw will open at 12:00am AEDST (other than the first day of the Promotional Period, 29/02/2016, on which entries will open at 7:00am AEDST) and close at 11:59pm AEDST each day based on Sydney local time. Entries into each Weekly Draw will open and close each week (Monday to Sunday) based on Sydney local time. Entries in each Daily Draw and Weekly Draw (as applicable) will not be entered into any subsequent Daily Draws and Weekly Draws (as applicable), however, will be entered into any unclaimed prize draw if applicable to the Daily Draw or Weekly Draw.
12. All draws will take place at Green Eagle, 10/20 Ricketty Street, Mascot NSW 2020. Each Daily Draw will take place at 12:00pm on the first NSW business day after entries close for that Daily Draw, with the first Daily Draw taking place on 01/03/2016 and the last Daily Draw taking place on 28/03/2016. Each Weekly Draw will take place at 12:00pm on the first NSW business day after entries close for that Weekly Draw, with the first Weekly Draw taking place on 07/03/2016 and the last Weekly Draw taking place on 28/03/2016. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday in NSW.
13. The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will win a AUD$1,000 WISH Gift Card.
14. The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Draw will win a AUD$20,000 cash prize.
15. Total prize pool value is AUD$108,000.
