Only tickets purchased before midnight, Friday 6 May 2016 are eligible for the BMW i8 or $250K in Gold.  If the BMW i8 is chosen by the Early Bird No 3 winner there may be a wait of up to four months for delivery of the vehicle, depending on build times.  If ALL tickets are sold before Midnight 6 May 2016 then ALL draws will be completed on Tuesday 17 May 2016 at the offices of Deloitte, 550 Bourke Street, Melbourne.  The draw will take place as close to 8.00am as possible but not earlier.  The first draw made will be for the Early Bird Prize No 3, BMW i8 or $250K in Gold.  The second draw would be for the Subscription Prize. The third draw would be for the Grand Prize home and for all remaining prizes they will be drawn in order of retail value continuing with the prizes of the greatest retail value.

SUBSCRIPTION PRIZE DRAW DATE: 31 May 2016

All subscription orders made before midnight 20 May 2016 with a valid, current Home Lottery ticket will be eligible for the Subscription Draw.  Subscriptions may be cancelled any time by contacting Deloitte on 03 9671 6300 or rmh@deloitte.com.au

FINAL DRAW DATE: 31 May 2016

In the event tickets remain after midnight 6 May 2016, then only the BMW i8 or $250K in Gold draw would be made on 17 May 2016.  Final ticket sales close at midnight 20 May 2016.  All remaining draws will begin at 8.00am on 31 May 2016. The first draw would be for the subscription prize followed by the Grand Prize showhome and for all remaining prizes they will be drawn in order of retails value continuing with the prizes of the greatest retail value.

The Home Lottery accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the lottery period.  No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Home Lottery is not responsible for unforeseen technical difficulties with the ordering process and does not warrant that the ordering process will be available at all times.

All draws will be conducted at the offices of Deloitte, 550 Bourke Street, Melbourne.  After each draw, the winner is recorded and the ticket number remains eligible for the next draw.  All winners will be notified in writing by Deloitte as to what they have won and how to claim their prizes.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be exactly as illustrated, vouchers are treated as cash and are not replaceable.  Winners are responsible for claiming prizes from the prize supplier unless specified on the winner’s letter.  Prizes will be awarded to the individual(s) named on the official ticket.  Prize notification letters are addressed to the primary ticketholder. It is the responsibility of the primary ticketholder to allocate the prize if necessary.

The winner of the 2016 BMW X5 or BMW 330i will advise the dealership of their choice of vehicle.  Once this is submitted there may be a wait of up to four months for delivery of the vehicle, depending on build times.

The winner of the 2016 Mercedes A250 Sport 4M or 2016 Mercedes CLA200 will advise the dealership of their choice of vehicle.  Once this is submitted there may be a wait of up to four months for delivery of the vehicle, depending on build times.

Names of all winners will be listed online at www.rmhhomelottery.com.au by 6 June 2016.  (In the event all tickets are sold by midnight 6 May 2016, then all winners will be listed by 20 May 2016.)  The approximate retail value of all prizes combined is $3,723,396.00.  Approximate retail value of all prizes is as of date contracts were negotiated with suppliers.  Due to housing market fluctuations, the market value of the real estate prize may rise or diminish over time.  Winner or charity is not entitled to any difference, if any, between the stated and actual market value at the time the prize is awarded.

Purchasers must be 18 years or older.  The following persons and their relatives are ineligible to purchase tickets for themselves or on behalf of any other person:  Board Members and Executives of Melbourne Health and The Royal Melbourne Hospital Foundation and Partners and employees of S.O. Asher Consultants Pty Ltd and Deloitte.  ‘Relatives’ are defined as spouse (including de facto spouse), parent, child and sibling.  For a detailed list of all ineligible persons please visit www.rmhhomelottery.com.au.  There is an agreement with S.O. The Royal Melbourne Hospital Holiday for Life 2016 No 1

A maximum of 239,000 Holiday for Life tickets will be sold.
Tickets are $10 each, $25 for 5 or $50 for 15.
Ticket sales commence: 5 February 2016
Ticket sales cutoff: Midnight 20 May 2016
Draw Date: 1 June 2016

There will be one prize draw for the Holiday for Life. The prize will be marketed as a ‘Holiday for Life’ – a holiday valued at $5,000 every year for 25 years. The winner will be offered a choice between the following options:

1) The winner will receive a Travelex voucher from The Royal Melbourne Hospital Foundation in the amount of $5,000 every year for 25 years on the anniversary of the draw date, which can be used toward the purchase of a holiday of the winner’s choice.

OR

2) Alternatively, the winner will receive $100,000 in gold.

A maximum of 119,500 Cash Calendar tickets will be sold.
Tickets are $20 each, $50 for 3 or $75 for 6
Ticket sales commence: 5 February 2016
Ticket sales cutoff: Midnight 20 May 2016
Draw Date: 1 June 2016

All ticket numbers in a 3 pack or 6 pack must contain the same information.  All ticket numbers will be printed on one single sheet.

The Cash Calendar Lottery accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the lottery period.  No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Cash Calendar Lottery is not responsible for unforeseen technical difficulties with the ordering process and does not warrant that the ordering process will be available at all times.

The winners will be announced daily throughout the month of June at www.rmhhomelottery.com.au.  There will be 30 prize draws in the Cash Calendar;

1 x          $50,000 draw – Thursday 30th June 2016

4 x          $5,000 draws – Every Friday in June 2016

25 x        $2,000 draws – Each day in June (excluding Fridays & June 30)
