Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
During the Competition Period:
Via recorded/live promotional pointers, entrants will be encouraged to watch ‘Reno Rumble’ on Channel 9 at 7.30pm (local time) to get the code word from the pop up graphic featuring Hughesy and Kate during the screening of ‘Reno Rumble’ on Channel 9. There will be five (5) different code words during the contesting period and a new online entry must be submitted for each code word.
To enter, listeners must then log onto the station website in their state or via
www.hughesyandkate.com.au and complete the registration form, including the standard entry fields for an entry to be deemed valid which include - name, date of birth, postal address,
suburb, postcode, contact number, email address, code word from Channel 9’s Reno Rumble and also answer in 25 words or less “What is your renovation success story?”.
At approx 1.00pm AEDST each day during the contesting period (on active contesting dates) a representative from the Promoter will select one (1) registered Entrant deemed to be the best in it’s description to call between 4pm-6pm AEDST for their chance to play ‘Hughesy and Kate’s Reno Rumble Watch n Win’ competition’, If the selected Entrant does not pick up the phone within 5 rings or the phone goes to message bank, the entrant will be disqualified and the prize money will roll over to the next day’s Contesting Segment as a jackpot prize. The Prize will continue to jackpot throughout the week until a Contestant successfully answers the code word.
Each day during the contesting period the successful entrant will be asked by the announcers (Hughesy and Kate) what the relevant code word is, which was screened during the Channel 9 TV show ‘Reno Rumble’ from 7.30pm local time the night before.
If the entrant correctly answers with the right code word, they’ll be awarded The Prize.
At the Promoter’s discretion, contesting segments may either be broadcast live to air, or may be pre-recorded off air, ready to be broadcast on air at a later time.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period at its absolute discretion.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The code word may air any time during Reno Rumble on Channel 9.
The Promoter takes no responsibility If Channel 9 do not air the code word during the show.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different code word.

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, Creativity, humour, suitability for radio.

The prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer, The Winner must confirm their bank details with an ARN representative via email.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes. Entrant’s details may also be passed on to Channel 9 for the purpose of conducting the promotion and for marketing purpose.
