Entrants and their companion’s must be 18 years of age or over.The Promoter may require entrants and their companion’s to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion’s be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion’s must be able to take the prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified they have won the prize.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants, their companion’s, any venue/property owner and their employer (if applicable) that are participating in the Prize must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Prize.
The venue nominated by the Entrant for participation in the Prize must be a private residence or the Entrant’s workplace and not a venue licensed to serve alcohol. The Entrant agrees to comply with any reasonable directions and any other restrictions advised by the Promoter and its representatives in order to comply with any liquor licensing laws.
Prize/s
There are up to forty (40) prizes to be won as follows:
Prize: Street Team delivering 1 x Cellarbrations Drinks Trolley with drinks and snacks (to be determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion) to the entrant’s nominated address in the Relevant State as identified in the entry form (to be determined by the Promoter in its sole
discretion) on a time and date as agreed upon with the Promoter valued at up to $500 (incl GST).
The trolley experience is appropriate for up to fifty (50) people.
There are 8 entry blocks nationally over the Promotion Period with one (1) prize awarded per Relevant State per entry block.

Entry block 4: 9:00am on Monday 13th June to 8:59am local time on Monday 11th July 2016.
o Judging date: between 9:00am – 12:30pm local time on Monday 11th July 2016.
Entry block 5: 9:00am on Monday 11th July to 8:59am local time on Monday 8th August 2016
o Judging date: between 9:00am – 12:30pm local time on Monday 8th August 2016.
Entry block 6: 9:00am on Monday 8th August to 8:59pm local time on Monday 5th September 2016.
o Judging date: between 9:00am – 12:30pm local time on Monday 5th September 2016.
Entry block 7: 9:00am on Monday 5th September to 8:59pm local time on Tuesday 4th October 2016.
o Judging date: between 9:00am – 12:30pm local time on Tuesday 4th October 2016.
Entry block 8: 9:00am on Tuesday 4th October 2016 to 11:59pm local time on Sunday 30th October 2016.
o Judging date: between 8:30am – 12:30pm local time on Monday 31st October 2016.
I.D to receive the prize is required. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any person to participate in the Prize, including, but not limited to, those who appear drunk or intoxicated.
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any refusal of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.
Responsible services of alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.
The Promoter reserves the right to in its sole discretion to make the Prize available to the winner. The prize may not be available at the specific time as specified by the winner in their entry. The Promoter in its sole discretion will try to accommodate the winner’s nominated time.
