Below are the terms and conditions that apply to the Priceline Protects Travel Insurance “Summer travel pack” Competition
2016 (“Competition”).
Eligibility
1. The Promoters are Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124, and
ACE Insurance Limited, A Chubb Company ABN 23 001 642 020 AFSL 239687 located at 28 O’Connell Street, Sydney,
New South Wales, 2000 (Promoters). The Competition is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 and under
the age of 74 or 69 depending on the policy plan purchased. For more information on age restriction please refer to
page 9, item 5 Eligibility Criteria in the PRICELINE PROTECTS TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY WORDINGS AND PRODUCT
DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS.
2. Employees and Directors of the Promoters and their immediate families shall not be eligible to participate in this
Competition.
Duration
3. This Competition shall commence at 12:01am (AEST) on 10 March 2016 and end at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 31 May 2016
(“Competition Period”).
4. The judging will take place at 28 O’Connell St, Sydney NSW 2000 on Friday 15th June 2016 at 11:00am.
5. Competition winner will be announced Monday 18 June 12:00pm (AEDST) at the ACE Insurance Limited, A Chubb
Company office, 28 O’Connell Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
6. The prize winner will be notified in writing and by phone or e-mail immediately after a winner has been selected.
7. In the event the winner cannot be contacted by 20 June 2016, the Promoters may allocate that winner’s prize to
another winner as set out at point 15 below without further notice.
8. The Promoters shall not be held liable in the event that the winner of the Prize cannot be contacted for whatever
reason.
9. The winner of this Competition may be included in Priceline Protects publicity material.
How to Participate
10. Participants must purchase a Priceline Protects travel insurance policy from pricelineprotects.com.au and tell us in 25
words or less, on the declaration page of the online process, “Where are you going for your summer holiday and what
would you use from this summer style travel pack?” The competition entry form will appear once the customer has
entered their personal details.
11. Participants may enter the Competition once with each purchase of a Priceline Protects travel insurance policy.
12. For each entry to be valid, participants are required to enter their personal details. It is each participant's
responsibility to ensure that all personal data including his or her contact details provided are valid and correct.
13. This is a game of skill and entries will be judged by the Promoters based on creativity and the winner will be chosen at
the Promoters absolute discretion. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final and
binding.
Prize
14. Major Prize
The best one (1) valid entry as determined by the judges will win 1 x $500 Seafolly Voucher, 1 x $450 Go Pro, 1 x $300
Ray-Ban Voucher, 1 x $300 GHD hair straightener, 1 x $1,079 iPhone 6s and 1 x $300 Priceline gift card. Total major
prize value is approximately $2,929.00.
15. The prize is not transferable and the non-cash prize cannot be converted into cash or any other form.
Personal Details
16. The Promoters collect entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Competition. If the information
requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the Competition. Information is collected in
accordance with the Promoters privacy policies. Participants are encouraged to read the Promoters Privacy policies

information and for any queries relating to how the Promoters use their personal data.
17. The contact details of the winning entries may be passed onto a 3rd party for prize fulfilment only.
Others
18. All decisions made with regard to this Competition including any result, dispute or prize are final and no
correspondence thereon shall be entertained.
19. If any term and/or condition contained herein are held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the rest of
the terms and conditions herein and shall be construed so as to give effect to the Promoters intention.
20. The Promoters or any other party involved in the creation, production or delivery of this website (through which the
Competition must be entered) shall not be liable or responsible whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential,
indirect or punitive damages, costs, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising out of any Participants’ access to, use,
inability to use, change in content of or the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our
control.
21. By participating in this Competition, all participants are fully aware and agree to all the terms and conditions stated
herein.
22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by New South Wales (NSW) law and the participants in the Competition
irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
23. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or
consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prizes.
24. Each participant releases and indemnifies the Promoters against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of
acceptance of any prize or participation in the Competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage
to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
