Contestants are required to submit their full name, email address and phone number to enter the draw.
All entrants will be entered into Finn McCools Irish Bar’s mailing list.
No information will be disclosed to anyone outside Finn McCools Irish Bar.
‘The prize’ includes two return economy airfares from Brisbane to Dublin and two tickets to a tour of the Guinness Brewery in Dublin.
Only one prize will be awarded.
The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash or for any other prize.
The competition will be drawn at Finn McCools Irish Bar in May 2016.
To be eligible to win the prize, contestants must be over 18 years of age, and be present at Finn McCools at the time the competition is drawn (entrants will be advised of the draw date).
Use of false name or address, i.e. name by which the entrant is not usually known will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
Current Employees of Finn McCools Irish Bar, Liquidity Marketing & Communications and Bango Media and their immediate families, and any other company associated to the competition, are not eligible to enter the competition.
Finn McCools Irish Bar reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
All contestants release from, and indemnify Finn McCools Irish Bar against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the prize or participation in the competition including but not limited to loss of income, property and personal injury while in Ireland.
In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
All winners may be required by Finn McCools Irish Bar in its absolute discretion to:
- That he or she will not, without prior written consent of Finn McCools Irish Bar (which maybe with held in its absolute discretion) participate in any other media activities, promotions for the purpose of or which involve discussion, commenting on, expressing a view on the account of the competition.
- In promotional activities the winner will refrain from expressing a negative or disparate view of Finn McCools Irish Bar and its operations.
- The winner acknowledges and agrees that Finn McCools Irish Bar has the right to all materials generated in connection with the promotion and can use the material in any medium and in any manner it sees fit. This includes but is not limited to social media posts and photographs.
If for any reason if the online competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Finn McCools Irish Bar, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Finn McCools Irish Bar reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation
