27. Between the hours of 8am AEST and 4pm AEST during the ‘Promotion Period’ K rock announcers
will call registered entrants back.
28. To be in the running for ‘The Prize’ entrants need to answer their phone saying ‘Hey Bro’.
29. If they do not answer the phone ‘Hey Bro’ they will miss out.
30. Entries are limited to one entry per person for the promotion.
31. The winner will be selected via a random draw at Level 3, 83 Moorabool Street, Geelong 3220 on
Thursday 5th May 2016 and announced on Friday 6
th May 2016 at 8.40am AEST.

33. If any prize-winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal
guardian.

36. Should the winner be unable to attend the holiday or unable to be contacted a redraw will take
place on Friday September 4th at 8:20am AEST.

disqualify them from receiving the prize.

claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection

from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.

major prize should an individual prize winner have won any prizes more than once within the
following periods:
A person who within the 30 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Grant Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $50;
A person who within the 90 days prior to the day on which the Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $1,000;
A person who within the 12 months prior to the day on which Geelong Broadcasters
Competition was first announced has won a prize in a Geelong Broadcasters Competition
conducted earlier in time the value of which is greater than or equal to $10,000;
43.If an individual prize winner has won more than once in the above periods it is classed as a breach
of the rules and the prize will not be awarded.

of the general prize giveaways for a period of 12 months. The winner will be advised of this in
