The cruise is scheduled to depart from Sydney at 4.00pm on Sunday 9th October, returning at 6.00am on Monday 17th October, from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay (flights will be provided if required).

Major Prize details; booking for two people to enjoy Cruise N Groove 2016 on the Radiance of the Seas featuring John Farnham, sailing 8 nights on the beautiful Radiance of the Seas, visiting Mare, Lifou and Noumea from the 9th October to the 17th October 2016. Valued at no less than $3,500.00 per person. The cruise is scheduled to depart from Sydney at 4.00pm on Sunday 9th October, returning at 6.00am on Monday 17th October, from the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay.
10. The winner must be available to travel on the specified dates and flights will be provided if required.
11. Travel is non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Travel is not eligible for any Airports rewards. All other expenses are at travellers personal cost. It is highly recommended that the winner purchases an appropriate level of travel insurance for their trip
12. Winners must hold a valid passport
13. Visa and passport expenses are the responsibility of the major prize winner.
14. By accepting the prize, winners agree that Magic Radio Network & Wyza.com.au can use their name, location, photo (taken in conjunction with the prize) and audio of winning for publicity purposes.
15. Major prize winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or organisation other than Magic Australia Radio Network
16. Travel insurance policies do not cover pre-existing medical conditions. Additional coverage may need to be purchased dependant on individual requirements
17. All other expenses not specified will become the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion. Including but not limited to spending money, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls and all other ancillary costs
18. There will be one major prize for each Breakfast Program (total of two). Magic 2CH with Gareth McCray & Magic Breakfast with John Blackman and the winners must be 18 years or over.
19. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Promoter offers this Major Prize on the understanding that each participant accepts the package freely and at their own risk.
21. All contestants release from, and indemnify Magic Australia Radio Network and its associated agencies and companies against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income and/or personal injury.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
23. The winner must provide proof of identity upon winning their prize.
24. All information collected will be kept for administrative purposes only and will be destroyed twelve months after the competition has ceased.
25. Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
