Entry Restrictions Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof
of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their
companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be
ineligible for the prize.
Entrants and their companion must be able to take the prize on dates
between Friday 17 June, 2016 and Saturday 16 July, 2016 to be
specified by the Promoter.
Dates and schedules of the prizes are not under the Promoter’s control
and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any
date or schedule changes.
Entrants must be the holder of a current Australian driver’s licence or
other acceptable photo identification.
Entrants must nominate a personal contact number being either a
personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business
number) to be eligible for the prize (Personal Contact Number).
By entering the Promotion, an entrant grants the Promoter the right to
call that entrant on their Personal Contact Number live on air.
Entrants in the Promotion must be able to receive a phone call from a
representative of the Promoter (on their Personal Contact Number, as
defined below) between 6.00am (AEST) – 10.00am (AEST) on
weekdays, from Friday 27 May, 2016 to Thursday 9 June, 2016, and in
accordance with the requirements outlined in the Entry Method to be
eligible to be awarded the prize.
If the entrant does not answer their phone by the time that phone goes to
a message bank, the Promoter reserves the right to contact another
entrant to award them the Prize.
If a third party answers an entrant's Personal Contact Number, that
entrant will not be eligible for a prize as determined by the Promoter in its
absolute and sole discretion.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize, as specified by the Promoter.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 6.00am (AEST) on Monday 23 May, 2016.

Entry Method During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air
commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry
form in the manner required, including by providing their full name,
mobile telephone number, full mailing address including postcode,
current and valid email address, age, and answering in 25 words or less
the question “Who would you like to treat to a stay in the smooth suite
and why?”
Each entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the
Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each weekday during the Promotion Period between 6.00am (AEST)
and 10.00am (AEST) the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion)
will:
a) select up to one (1) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’
entries based on the Judging Criteria from all valid entries
submitted during the Competition Period (each, a Selected
Entrant);
b) contact up to one (1) Selected Entrants by telephone (in the sole
and absolute discretion of the Promoter); and
c) invite the Selected Entrants to appear on air that day. If a
Selected Entrant successfully appears on air that day, they will
be deemed a winner and awarded the prize, in the absolute and
sole discretion of the Promoter.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to be contacted, or is
otherwise unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line
drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide
to replace that Selected Entrant by contacting another entrant and
inviting them to appear on air as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will
repeat this process until an entrant is able to be contacted and confirms
their eligibility and ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative
of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a that
Selected Entrant and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be
awarded a prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, Selected Entrants must appear on air during
the Promotion Period to be deemed a winner and awarded a prize.
Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to
receive further information from The InterContinental Sydney Double
Bay, and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing
the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to The
InterContinental Sydney Double Bay (including for the purposes of direct
marketing). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications
from The InterContinental Sydney Double Bay by following the
unsubscribe procedure contained in The InterContinental Sydney Double
Bay communications sent to subscribers.

Judging All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the
Promoter on weekdays between 6.00am – 10.00am (AEST) from Friday
30 May, 2016 to Thursday 9 June, 2016 at the Promoter’s premises to
determine ten (10) winners. All valid entries will be judged based on the
Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the
Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on creativity, uniqueness and appeal for radio.
Prize Details There are up to ten [10] prizes to be won, as follows:
The winner/s will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to
one (1) companion (companion must be aged [18] years or older, to be
determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its
absolute and sole discretion) to The InterContinental Sydney Double Bay
for one (1) night (to be decided at the Promoters sole and absolute
discretion) during the period Friday 17 June, 2016 to Saturday 16 July,
2016 (inclusive), valued at up to $960 (incl GST).
The prize comprises of the following components:
One (1) night twin share accommodation at The InterContinental
Sydney Double Bay, in a King Bed Bayview Room, to be shared
by the winner and their companion, valued at up to $400 (inc
GST);
One (1) wine and cheese platter to be delivered to the winner’s
room, to be shared by the winner and their companion, valued at
up to $60 (inc GST)
One (1) bottle of sparkling wine, to be delivered to the winner’s
room, valued at up to $80 (inc GST)
Dinner and one (1) bottle of wine, for winner & companion at
Stockroom, valued at up to $200 (inc GST).
Club InterContinental access for winner & companion, valued at
up to $160 (inc GST)
Breakfast for winner & companion at The InterContinental
Sydney Double Bay valued at up to $60 (inc GST)
All components of the prize are to be arranged by a representative of the
Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole
discretion.
Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part
of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as
detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers in accordance with normal
travel practices. Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other
offer.
All travel must be taken on a date between Friday 17 June, 2016 and
Saturday 23 July, 2016 to be determined in the Promoter’s sole and
absolute discretion. Check in time is 3.00pm (AEST), and checkout time
is 11.00am (AEST). Late checkout is not available.
Once booked the prize cannot be amended or altered.

Spending money, additional meals, additional activities and any other
ancillary costs, not listed in the Prize Details above are the responsibility
of the winner and his/her nominated companion (if any) as incurred.
Winner may select to have InterContinental Sydney Double Bay design a
menu at The Stockroom, including one (1) bottle of wine, valued at up to
$200 (inc GST), or, select their own items from The Stockroom ala carte
menu, up to the $200 value. Time of restaurant reservation must be
made at time of booking.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport
departure/return point.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a
winner and/or their companion (if any) as a result of taking the prize.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not
refundable or transferable.
The Promoter and prize providers accept no responsibility for any
changes and/or cancellations to the events or activities. In the event that
one or more event or activity is no longer available, the remainder of the
prize shall constitute the complete and total prize. The Promoter will not
enter into any further correspondence with the winner and his/her
nominated companion.
All components of the prize must be taken together and when offered or
are forfeited. Any element of the prize not taken will be deemed to be
forfeited.
The prize winner and their companion must travel together and
participate in the prize together at all times.
The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign a code
of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by
the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize.
Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s
absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their
prize.
The winner and their companion must not be under the influence of any
drugs and may consume alcohol in moderation but must not be under
the influence of alcohol during any activities to the extent that it impairs
or affects their understanding, judgment or participation in the activities,
and subject to any limitations of the Promoter, any prize supplier and
prevailing laws and regulations.
The prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter
conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in the prize.
The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, refuse the prize
winner and/or their companion’s participation in the prize, if the prize
winner and/or their companion have a criminal record or any criminal
charges pending. In these circumstances, the prize winner and/or their
companion will forfeit all claims in relation to the prize.
Entering this promotion and taking the prize is subject to prevailing terms
and conditions of any accommodation/transport/experience/
services/transfers/travel insurance or tour providers, and in particular,
health, behaviour, age and safety requirements. The prize winner and
their companion must follow all reasonable directions given by the
Promoter and any prize supplier during the course of their participation in
the prize, including all directions in relation to health, age, behaviour,
safety and legal and responsible consumption of alcohol. No
