TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who have an Internet connection and a website browser capable of accepting cookies or other devices used by the Promoter to track entries, and who have a valid email address.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Incomplete, automated, indecipherable or illegible registrations/entries will be deemed invalid.
6. There may be opportunities to gain additional entries during the promotional period for which the active subscriber is eligible. Subscribers may also be awarded extra entries for participating in certain activities such as completing surveys, by reading and responding to email promotions, referring a friend and as notified occasionally.
7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
8. Promotion commences 07/09/2015 and entries close 11.59pm AEST on 06/09/2016. The draw will take place at Loyalty Marketing, Suite 11, 210 Toorak Road, South Yarra, VIC 3141, Australia at 9:00am AEST on 22/09/2016. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email on 23/09/2016 and published on all websites involved in this promotion.
9. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The first valid entry drawn will win that entrant ("Participant") the opportunity to play a contingency game ("the Game") for the chance to Win $10,000.00, which can be taken as cash or can be put towards the following:

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any of the above prizes are not included. Any unused balance of any gift voucher will not be awarded as cash. The winner, if any, will be awarded the prize selected by the Promoter's representative at the Game. The above are examples of how the winner can use the $10,000.00 cash prize. In all cases, it is the responsibility of the winner to purchases the example prizes after they have been awarded the $10,000.00 cash prize.
11. Entrants may receive email communications from Vizmond Media Pty Ltd. These messages will always appear to come from Vizmond Media Pty Ltd and are considered to include the following:

Emails sent for research purposes
Emails sent as part of a survey
Any other email based communications sent from Vizmond Media Pty Ltd.
12. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
13. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
14. Total prize pool value is up to AU$10,000.00.
15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
16. A draw for the prize if unclaimed may take place on 22/12/2016, at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email and published on all websites involved in this promotion on 29/12/2016.
17. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
18. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
19. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional websites is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

21. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
22. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter via the related websites. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

28. The Game will take place at Loyalty Marketing, Suite 11, 210 Toorak Road, South Yarra, VIC 3141 at 9:00am AEST on 22/09/2016. Any and all costs associated with attending the Game are the sole responsibility of the Participant. If the Participant cannot attend the Game, the Participant may participate in the Game via telephone whereby they will select a number between 1 and 200 (inclusive) and a representative of the Promoter will select the envelope bearing that number on their behalf. In the event that the Promoter has not been able to contact the Participant before the start of the Game, a representative of the Promoter will play the Game on the Participant's behalf.
29. There will be 200 envelopes on display at the start of the Game. One (1) envelope will contain a promotional message representing $10,000.00. The other 199 envelopes will each contain a promotional message representing $100.00. The Participant/representative ("Attendee") must choose only one (1) envelope without touching, handling or interfering in any way with any of the other envelopes on display. If the Attendee is found to have breached this condition, he/she will be disqualified. If the Attendee selects the envelope containing the promotional message representing $10,000.00, then the drawn Participant will win $10,000.00. If the Attendee selects an envelope containing a promotional message representing $100, then the $10,000.00 prize will not be given away and the drawn Participant will win $100.00. The prize will be awarded as a cheque made payable in the winner's name. The drawn Participant's odds of winning the $10,000.00 prize are 1 in 200. The odds of being drawn as a Participant may be significantly higher than the odds of the drawn Participant winning the major prize, and will depend upon the number of entries received.
