Those that are not an instant winner will receive a message, sorry mate, you're not an instant winner this time, underneath the scratch panel with no barcode.
14. Present your winning game card to a member of staff at a Cellarbrations or the Bottle-O outlet in QLD to redeem your prize.
15. All valid claims for Instant Win Prizes will be met notwithstanding that the advertised prize pool has been exceeded. Printing errors or other quality control matters will not be used as the sole basis for refusing to award a prize.
16. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoters decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as a result of: a. technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or b. acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the Promoter's servants or agents involved in the conduct of this promotion.
