Entrants must be 18 or over at the time of entering or have the express permission of a parent and/or guardian to enter.
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and Entrants will need to complete the registration form to be deemed a valid entry including but not limited to - name, date of birth, postal address, suburb, postcode, contact number and email address
(b) Entrants will also be able to upload audio files of “snoring” with their entry and identify what category the ‘snorer’ is from (ie; animal, child, man, woman) OR register for their chance to play the Never Ending Snorey segment on air. If an entrant’s audio of ‘snoring’ is played on air, that entrant will receive a minor prize (and, if applicable, a bonus prize).
(c) Entrants may also be solicited on-air to call 13 10 65 for the chance to play the contest for a major prize.
(d) If the Entrant is selected and put to air (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, based on the Judging Criteria below) and guesses the snores in the correct order and specifies if it is a man, a boy or a dog (or other creature as specified by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) they win the Major cash prize, if they guess it incorrectly the prize jackpots the following week.

The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period and major cash prize amount at its absolute discretion.
The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Submitting Snores online – Minor Prize
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish[however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and
include a different audio snippet
Playing the Never Ending Snorey Game on air – Major Prize
Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish, however entrants may only win one minor/major prize each

Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, Creativity, humour, suitability for radio.
Entrants that submit an entry to play Hughesy & Kate’s Never Ending Snorey Game may be shortlisted and screened on the phone by a representative from ARN for on air suitability. Involvement in the screening process does not guarantee selection for the on air contest, and should not be considered as such.
The screening will include a series of questions designed to assess suitability for on air.
Successful entrants will be notified and proceed to the on-air contest for the chance to win a major prize.
At the Promoter’s discretion, contesting segments may either be broadcast live to air, or may be pre-recorded off air, ready to be broadcast on air at a later time. Should more than one (1) Contest be pre-recorded at any given time (i.e. if any previous Contests or clues have not yet aired, and therefore a Contestant has not reasonably had the chance to hear a clue before their turn to participate as a Contestant) the Promoter will reveal any previous clues to that Contestant only, off-air, before that Contestant participates in the contest.
Entrants will also be able to upload audio files of “snoring” with their entry. If the submitted “snoring” audio is played on-air during the above mentioned contesting period, they’ll be awarded a minor prize.
There may be a total of one (1) contesting segment played each week during the contesting period, however the major cash prize may jackpot.
The promoter reserves the right to amend the contesting period and the major cash prize amount at its absolute discretion.

There are up to twenty five (25) bonus prizes to be won (one per week), as follows:
Bonus Prize to Entrants that upload a “Human” snore receive a Mute Snoring device worth AUD$19.95
Total Bonus prize pool value = AUD$498.75c
Total combined prize value up to AUD$20,498.75 incl GST.
The winners will be notified on-air at time of winning, via phone and in writing.
The Bonus prize/s will be available for collection by the minor prize winner/s from the Station The prize/s will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail
The Minor/Major cash prize will be transferred to the winner’s nominated bank account via electronic funds transfer.
By entering this competition, Entrants agree that:
All photos, videos or other material submitted as part of their
entry arend owned by them;
Materials do not contain images or copyright materials of
anyone else unless they have the express consent of that
person(s);
Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by
the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
By entering this competition, Entrants grant to the Promoter a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes.
Winners of Mute Snoring devices must read enclosed instructions and warnings before use and ARN will not accept any responsibly for use of product.
