The Prize Provider shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the winner accepting and/or using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Prize Provider or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.

28th July 2016 at the offices of the Promoter.

PRIZES
The prizes consists of the package outlined below, valued at the Total Prize Value as deemed by James Squire and Concrete Playground.
Each Winner's use of the Prize is subject to:
(a) any Special Conditions (if applicable); and
(b) additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier(s) of the Prize (if any).
The Prize is not transferable and not redeemable for other goods or services.
The Prize must be taken as a whole and as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
No alternative will be provided and no compensation will be payable if a Winner is unable to use the Prize.
The value of the Prize is correct as at the start of the Competition.
If the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification subject to any direction by the regulatory authorities.

(b) Two gift hampers, inclusive of a selection of gourmet food & drink (value: $100)
(c) Travel to and from venue is not included.

WINNERS
Each valid entrant will be judged by a member of the Concrete Playground staff. The judges will select 20 winning entries, based on the most creative responses.
