Her intent is to inspire people to change the way they feel about themselves and think about their bodies.
When Taryn Brumfitt posted an unconventional before-and-after photo in 2013 it was seen by more than 100 million people worldwide and sparked an international media frenzy.
This is an honest, inspirational, motivational, and educational feature documentary that will incite conversation, action and change amongst a broad female and male audience.
Embrace will be released on August 4 by Transmission Films. It has been entered for competition in the Sydney Film Festival.
