Only one entry per person will be permitted. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

Any additional costs associated with redeeming a prize are not included.
All prizes must be taken as offered. Prizes, or any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash unless otherwise specified.
