Terms & Conditions
By submitting an entry, all entrants are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions:
1. Entry to the promotion is open to Australian & New Zealand residents 18 years of age and older
only.
2. To enter, entrants must fill out the entry form on
www.Queensland.com during the specified
competition time period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. The Promotion opens on 25 July 2016 (10.00am AEST) and closes on 8 August 2016 (3.00pm
AEST).
4. Each entrant will be entered into a draw for a Prize consisting of one (1) $1,000AUD Flight
Centre travel voucher to be used for flights to Queensland and travel within Queensland ONLY.
5. The winner will be selected by a random draw. The drawing of the prize will be conducted at
XCOM Media Unit 1, 15 Lamington Street, New Farm, Brisbane on 11 August 2016 (10.00am
AEST). The winner will be notified by email after the draw and the winner’s name will be posted
on
http://www.queensland.com. To claim the voucher, the winner must supply their postal address
(if different than driver’s license). When the prize has been claimed the voucher will be sent by
registered post to the winner.
6. If the prize voucher is not claimed within two weeks of the prize draw, a new winner will be redrawn
and the new winner will be notified as before.
7. If the prize voucher is not claimed by a drawn winner during the time specified above, the prize
will be forfeited.
8. The prize voucher is not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is subject to
the conditions stated on the voucher. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
9. All expenses outside of the stated prize inclusions are at the cost and responsibility of the
winner. Travel insurance is not provided and the Promoter recommends the prize winner obtain
comprehensive insurance.
10. Tourism and Events Queensland accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the
prize or any variation in the prize advertised and the prize provided.
11. Tourism and Events Queensland will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever
which is suffered or sustained as a result of winning a prize.
12.By accepting a subscription, the winner accepts that Tourism and Events Queensland may use
the winner’s name and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes.
13. The Promoter’s decision concerning any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
