Online Registration Period Closes Sunday 28 August 2016 at 4pm AESTEntry Restrictions Entrants must be 18 years or older.
Entrants must be able to travel between 23 October 2017 and 31 October 2017.
Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of
New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory,
Tasmania and Western Australia.Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
Entry Procedure To enter,
entrants must during the Online Registration Period visit the Website of the entrant’s local station, register their details, and answer the question specified by the Promoter in twenty five (25) words or less.
At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will judge all valid entries in accordance with the Judging Details to
determine one (1) winner.
Judging Details All judging decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
Judging criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability.

Major Travel package for the winner and a friend (both being 18 years or older), comprising of:
• Return economy class flights from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Sydney. (If the winner resides in New South Wales, then flights are not included in the prize. In this case, the winner and his/her companion must make their own way to Sydney);
• Accommodation on “Cruise and Groove” (departing Sydney on 23 October 2017 and returning 31 October 2017) in an Interior Stateroom, including all meals, entertainment and gratuities on board (excluding specialty restaurants and alcohol) and port charges and government taxes.

Prize subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the Prize Provider. Prize winners’ details may be provided to a Prize
Provider for the purposes of prize fulfilment.

booking and availability, and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. All costs associated
with a travel prize which are not expressly listed in the Prize Details, including spending money, passport and visa costs,
additional transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs, are the responsibility of the winner.
Unless otherwise specified, the winner and any travelling companion(s) must depart and return at the same time using the
same air carrier. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel
insurance and documents to travel to the relevant location(s) (including any passports and visas). Any alterations or extensions
to confirmed Prize Details must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of
the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or
rescheduling of any part of a travel Prize and any resulting costs incurred by the winner or any travelling companion(s) (including
accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the winner and/or travelling companion(s) (as relevant). The winner is
responsible for ensuring that they and any travelling companion(s) are fit to travel and have received appropriate immunisations
and/or health checks prior to taking the Prize. The Promoter makes no representations about the travel destination or
government travel warnings to any overseas destination.
If a Prize includes participation by a winner's companion, the companion must comply with any additional requirements or
conditions specified by the Promoter, e.g. age restrictions, etc.
Notification of Winners
Winner will be notified via phone on Monday 29 August 2016 Publication Details Winner will be published on Tuesday 30 August 2016 on the Websites.
Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: Thursday 29 September at 2pm AEST
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award
the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below.

Arrangements
If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the
Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will award the relevant prize to another valid entrant in accordance with the method
outlined in the Entry Procedure/Judging Details.
