Employees of Masport Limited or their family members or anyone else (affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies) connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The promotion commences at 7:00am on Friday 19th August 2016.
Closing date for entries will be at 11:59pm on Sunday 28th August 2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner are as follows:
Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian residents aged 18 and over, residing in New Zealand or Australia only.
Only one entry per person via form submission is allowed. Entrants must complete all the required fields on the entry form.
Entrants must provide an answer about why their father deserves to win the prize.
Only one prize is up for grabs.
If the winner is from New Zealand, the prize is a Masport ‘Raglan’ Portable BBQ (Product code 552735 valued at NZ$259 RRP) in addition to a Supermarket voucher (valued at NZ$200 including GST).
If the winner is from Australia, the prize is a Masport ‘Raglan’ Portable BBQ (Product code 552719 valued at AU$229 RRP) in addition to a Supermarket voucher (valued at AU$200 including GST). The Supermarket Voucher will be for a supermarket near the winners location (from the details provided on the entry form), chosen at the discretion at Masport Limited New Zealand.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, natural disaster or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries will be judged at the Masport New Zealand Head Office on Monday 29th August 2016 and the winner’s name, location, and entry response may be published on the Masport Limited Facebook page.
The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date, using the contact details provided on their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Once notified the promoter will endeavor to arrange for the winner to be sent the prize as soon as possible, usually within four weeks.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by New Zealand law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
