Entrants and their companion must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.

Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age and answering in 25 words or less the question “why do you want to win a VIP trip to Caulfield Cup in Melbourne?”
Each valid entry will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter (Judges) based on the Judging Criteria.
Each week day during the Promotion Period between 10:00am AEST and 2:00pm AEST the Judges (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:
a) select up to ten (10) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entries based on the Judging Criteria (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid entries submitted by 10:00pm AEST that day during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant);
b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrant/s (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter) by telephone and place them on the standby list for that day;
c) invite the two (2) Selected Entrants who submitted the best Online Entries (based on the Judging Criteria) by 2pm AEST that day to appear on air and participate in the On Air Challenge between 12:00pm AEST and 10:00pm AEST (each, a Challenger).

For each On Air Challenge, the Promoter will be using a two person player arcade game, and will invite the two Challengers to participate in an On Air Challenge;
The Promoter will assign one representative of the Promoter to each Challenger;
Representatives of the Promoter will verse each other in the arcade game race on behalf of the Challengers (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) (On Air Challenge);
Should the Representative of the Promoter win the On Air Challenge on behalf of the Challenger (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the winning Challenger will be awarded the Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).

Winners who’s ordinary state of residence is NOT VIC will be awarded one (1) travel prize for the winner and up to one (1) companion (companion must be aged 18 years or older, to be determined by the prize winner and approved by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) from the prize winner’s closest capital city to Melbourne for one (1) night during the period 15th October, 2016 to 16th October, 2016 (inclusive), valued at up to $5,250 (incl GST). The prize comprises of the following components:

Travel Prize Terms and Conditions
The winner and their companion (if any) may be required to sign a code of conduct and/or a legal release or releases in the form determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion prior to participating in the prize. Failure to do so as determined by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion) will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
All components of the prize are to be arranged by a representative of the Promoter and/or an agent nominated by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
Redeeming the prize and any tickets, passes or vouchers issued as part of the prize is conditional on acceptance of terms and conditions as detailed by the Promoter, any prize providers and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
All travel must be taken on the 15th October, 2016 by and is subject to availability which may depend on applicable blackout periods as advised by any prize provider, select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner.

The prize winner and their companion consent to the Promoter conducting a criminal record check prior to their participation in the prize.
