The ‘Win A Custom Harley’ competition is run by the TradeTools Group, which includes TradeTools Pty Ltd, TradeTools Regional Pty Ltd and its other associated entities, herein referred to as the TradeTools Group. 2. Entries and information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. 3. By entering this competition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 4. This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, who purchase a Stanley, Stanley FatMax, Stanley FatMax Extreme, Sidchrome, Dewalt, or Bostitch product from any participating TradeTools store during the period of the competition. Spare Parts are not eligible for entry. 5. Entrants receive one (1) entry for every dollar spent on an eligible product. 6. Employees and family members of the TradeTools Group, any of its associated entities and any employee or family member of any other organisation associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the ‘Win A Custom Harley’ competition. 7. This competition starts 07:00AM 3rd October 2016 and closes at 06:00PM AEST on the 31st of December 2016. The competition will be drawn at TradeTools Head Office, 43 Notar Drive Ormeau Qld. on 16th January 2017. 8. Entries must be made via
www.tradetools.com/winaharley and by completing all required fields. All entries must be completed by 06:00PM 15th January 2017. The TradeTools Group does not accept responsibility for lost, late or incomplete entries. 9. There will be only one Winner in this competition. The Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The decision of the TradeTools Group is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The Prize is one only 2016 Model Harley Davidson XL1200V Sportster with pre-painted custom artwork and includes registration, stamp duty, CTP insurance and dealer delivery. Other Insurances, Freight and Shipping are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Prize must be claimed by the Winner in its entirety as stated and can not be altered. 11. The lucky Winner will be notified by phone, email or post within 14 days of the competition draw and the Winner has 30 days from the date the notification is made to claim the prize. In the event the Winner fails to claim the Prize within 30 days of the date the notification is made, the TradeTools Group reserves the right to re-draw the Prize or offer the Prize in a future competition with no further obligation to the first Winner. 12. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner at Gasoline Alley Brisbane within 30 days of the Winner claiming the Prize. If the Winner fails to take delivery of the Prize within the specified time period, the TradeTools Group reserves the right to revoke the Prize with no further obligation to the Winner. 13. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, can not be transferred or exchanged. 14. The Winner agrees to the TradeTools Group using and publishing their name, town of residence and images in promotional material connected to this and future competitions and promotions at the sole discretion of the TradeTools Group. 15. The TradeTools Group will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the competition.
