*Win a year’s supply of flowers - Terms and Conditions 1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. The Promoter is The Trustee for SF BEAUJOLAIS UNIT TRUST, trading as Sportscraft (ABN 36 155 404 826) of 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015, telephone 02 8306 3700. 3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are or become a Sportscraft VIP member at the time of entry. Valid email address is a requirement to take part of the competition. 4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Myer and David Jones stores, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. 5. Entries are open from 9.00AM Friday 21st October 2016 (AEST) until 11.59PM (AEST) Monday 31st October 2016 (The Promotional Period). 6. To enter, fill in the form found via the shortstack application at www.sportscraft.com.au/spring2016 or http://a.pgtb.me/JqFpJs/lDJbx and tell us “How many white flowers can you count in the artwork?”. 7. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Only one entry per participant will be accepted, and there will be one winner chosen by an internal group. The winner will be chosen from all valid entries based on the correct answer to the question “How many white flowers can you count in the artwork?”. 8. The one (1) winning entry will win a year’s supply of flowers which consists of one (1) delivery (a bunch) of flowers per month for twelve (12) months beginning January 2017 – December 2017. Sportscraft reserves the right to decide on flowers for each monthly delivery. We are unable to take specific requests, make changes to the prize itself, or change the delivery address given on notification of winning. 9. The winner will be selected on Friday 11th November 2016 and notified seven (7) days after the Promoter has made its selection. The winner will be notified of their prize by phone and/or email and reserves the right to publish on Sportscraft social media channels. 10. If the prize winner does not contact the Promoter to claim their prize within 7 business days of notification, the prize winner will forfeit their prize, and a re-selection process will be in place until a winner accepts the prize. 11. The Promoter's decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
