Come into your local Nexus newsagent for your chance to win a share of $16,000 in cash and prizes, just in time for the festive season!

When you purchase any copy of New Idea, that’s life!, WHO, New Idea Jumbo Puzzler or Puzzler on the Go, just ask our friendly staff for a promotional card and receive a 'stamp' on your card. Once you have TWO 'stamps' your promotional card is complete and you can enter!

Entry is simple - all you need to do is to visit WWW.BUY2WIN.COM.AU, enter the required details, including your unique code which is printed on the back of your promotional card. Hold onto your completed stamped promotional card as proof of purchase.

Once you complete one entry, you can start on a new card! The more magazines you purchase, over the next 5 weeks, the more chances you have to win!!

Remember that you must purchase 2 magazines from a participating newsagency in order to enter.
Participating newsagents:

Don't forget to keep your completed promotional card (stamped 2 times) as a proof of purchase.

Good luck!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

General

1.     Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.     To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Who can enter

3.     Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoters, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin.

4.     Any entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of the bill payer and their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release will also require the winner’s parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release must include the full name, address and telephone number of the winner’s legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.

How to enter

5.     The competition may be entered by:

-       Purchasing two or more copies of the following participating magazine titles:

o    New Idea magazine with any cover date 14/11/16, 21/11/16, 28/11/16, 5/12/16 and/or 12/12/16;

o    New Idea Jumbo Puzzler magazine with issue number 51 and/or issue 52.

-       Entrants must then obtain the UNIQUE CODE from the newsagent card presented to them when they have purchased two or more participating titles. The unique code will change with each card.

-       Entrants will also be required to have their newsagent card stamped for every magazine purchase. A maximum of two stamps will be recorded for each card. For sales of more than two participating magazines, during the promotional period, a second newsagent card will be supplied, with a different unique code, to allow the entrant to have another entry.

-       To enter, entrants must head to www.buy2win.com.au and follow the promotional prompts. They must include their unique code, along with their full name, address and daytime contact phone number.

6.     For entrants that have purchased more than two magazines during the promotional period they will receive a new card with a new unique code, which they can use to enter again. 7.     Entrants will be required to keep their stamped newsagent card for the entirety of the promotion. At point of prize fulfilment, the promoter will require the winner to present their stamped newsagent card in order to validate their entry. Any entrant found to be sharing any receipt or other proof to demonstrate Proof of Purchase with any other entrant, whether or not related in any way, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded a prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return any awarded prize back to the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide receipts, documents or tags to validate proof of purchase the Promoter will replace the winner with another drawn entrant. If the Promoter is unable to replace a winner, who cannot  provide receipts, documents or tags to validate proof of purchase, the Promoter will conduct a further draw immediately. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if this clause has been breached by any entrant.
