Not exactly a win but I'm counting it!  My snapfish order wasn't found when I trekked into the store yesterday (30 min drive) but snapfish said it WAS there. So I complained to a manager at KMart on the phone and the very lovely lady found the order, sent out the order today with their delivery people and included a $20 Kmart card. What was that about squeaky wheels....
