TERMS & CONDITIONS
Competition Period: Starts 1st June 2016 and ends at 12 noon Monday 1st June 2017.
Requirements for Entrants: Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. It is compulsory for entrants to provide their full name and email address to enter the promotion, and must be actively subscribed to the mailing list to receive email correspondence at the time the competition is drawn.
Who May Enter: Entry is open to Australian residents only, aged eighteen (18) years or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families as well as agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
Validity: To enter, entrants must complete our “join the mailing list” form available at our office, winery, other places we may be exhibiting or online at our website. Complete your full name and valid e-mail address as prompted on the entry form. One entry permitted per person. Incomplete, unsubscribed and duplicate entries will be deemed invalid.
The Prize: The total prize pool is 48 bottles of wine, valued at $24.00 each, totalling $1152.00 worth of wine at recommended retail price. Four prize lots will be drawn, each lot equalling 12 bottles of wine valued at $288.00 at recommended retail price. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash. If the winner wishes, they may select a different mix of wines from current stocks to the maximum value of $288 RRP. Delivery (shipping costs) via Australia Post to the winners’ nominated residence or address, within Australia, is also included.
Details of Draw: The winner of the prize will be drawn randomly from eligible entries. The draws will take place at the office of Domaine Naturaliste, 61 Hairpin Road, Carbunup River, WA, 6280. The draws will occur at the each of each quarter, 3 months, starting at the end of August 2016. Then the end of November 2016, February 2017 and lastly May 2017. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If prize is unclaimed within 7 days, another draw will take place.
Database: All entries will be entered into the mailing list database for future marketing communication. All entries will be kept confidential and entrant’s details will not be disclosed to other parties. By entering the competition, the entrants accept marketing communications from Domaine Naturaliste until the entrant opts out, by unsubscribing from these communications.
Domaine Naturaliste reserves the right to alter or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if required.
