* a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
* b) Major winner must be able to take the prize by no later than 31 March 2017. Should the major winner be unable to select a date for their major prize by this time, the prize will be fulfilled in a cash transfer to the winner to the value of the major prize.
* c) For social media entry, entrants must have their profiles set to ‘public’ or viewable by the public in respect of any material submitted as part of their entry.
* d) Entrants must have the express consent of the property owner or, for rented property, be fully authorised to conduct the Major Prize party from their home. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion ot refuse to conduct the Major Prize if the venue is unsuitable (too small, apartment, no authority etc).
There are fifteen (15) x minor prizes to be awarded in total; 3 prizes will be awarded per state:

There is one (1) major prize to be won, as follows:
A Pepsi Max maxed-out summer party to the value of up to $10,000 at the winner’s home for up to 40 guests, including:
DJ and all AV equipment required
Decorations and party theming
Cocktail style catering including waiter service
Security
Pepsi Max for all the winner’s *guests

* f) The Promoter takes no responsibility for council permits, regulations or laws regarding the conduct of a party from the winner’s home address.
Throughout the registration period KIIS 106.5, KIIS 101.1, 97.3FM, Mix 102.3 and 96FM will invite listeners to enter by taking a photo of their “summer hack”; i.e their most creative method of overcoming a summer challenge, and upload it via one of the following methods:

All valid entries received will be judged by the Promoter based on the criteria listed in item 13 below. The entries deemed the ‘best’ overall entry from all entries received (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) will be awarded the Major Prize (1 x Major Prize winner). The next best three entries from each state will be deemed Minor Prize winners and each will be awarded a Minor Prize (15 x Minor Prize winners total).
Photos must contain only images of the entrant’s “summer hack” and by submitting this photo the entrant expressly consents to the images being used by Pepsi for the purposes of this competition. Photos must not contain any material which is obscene, defamatory, breaches privacy or is otherwise deemed by the Promoter as inappropriate.
For all entries via Instagram and Twitter the entrant’s Profile must be set to “Public” for the duration of the competition period.
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish, however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and include a different photo featuring different content from any previous entries.
Despite how many entries are submitted by a single entrant, they are only eligible to win one prize each.

16: Prize Claim and Delivery
Major prize must be claimed by no later than 31 March 2017. Should the major winner be unable to select a date for their major prize by this time, the prize will be fulfilled in a cash transfer to the winner to the value of the major prize.
The minor prize/s will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via registered post by 31 January 2017. Winners will be required to sign for delivery.

Photos and other material submitted as part of Entry
By entering this competition, Entrants agree that:
All photos or other material submitted as part of their entry
and owned by them;
Materials do not contain images or copyright materials of
anyone else unless they have the express consent of that
person(s);
Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by
the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
